- FIG. 1 shows an exercise apparatus according to the present invention.
- Means 2 is mainly used.
- the above-mentioned passive motion apparatus 1 incorporates power such as a motor, and gives a dynamic swing stimulus to the user by moving a part of the device on which the user is placed or touched by this power.
- the user's movement is the movement of the user's body due to the stimulation and the movement of the body as a response to the stimulation.
- the specific configuration is not shown because the type and function of the passive exercise device 1 are not limited, but the operation speed is changed, the load applied to the user is changed, and the inclination (tilt) with respect to the direction of gravity acceleration ) And an operation that will be described later will be described on the assumption that it can be moved up and down.

- FIG. 6 shows an example of the description of the personal data table 60. Show. The name, sex, age, weight, height, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, bone density, past medical history list, etc. are recorded for each user with an ID.
- the history data table 61 describes the usage history such as what kind of exercise program (course) was performed for each user, what was the calorie consumption at that time, etc.
- An example is shown in FIG. Shown in The action change item in FIG. 7 describes whether the change of the exercise program, which will be described later, was made in the direction to increase the amount of exercise (+) or in the direction to reduce the amount of exercise ( ⁇ ). Indicates that no change was made.
- lang EN-US>
- the program database 5 stores a device control table 51, an adaptive rule table 52, a change permission table 53, an exercise amount table 54, a feedback rule table 55, and a content table 56.
- the device control table 51 constitutes a substantial exercise program, and describes the operation parameters for speed, load, tilt and lift according to the exercise elapsed time according to the exercise adaptation ability of the user.
- An example of an exercise program (for beginners C) is shown in FIG. Each exercise program is assigned a program ID.
- the adaptive rule table 52 describes what kind of user the above exercise programs are intended for, and a description example of what the program ID in the adaptive rule table 52 is “Beginner C” As shown in FIG. In addition to description of adaptive sex, adaptive age, adaptive weight, adaptive height, adaptive systolic blood pressure, adaptive diastolic blood pressure, adaptive bone density, contraindication check items, applicable device usage history, history since last use, history conditions, etc. It also has a description of the next recommended program.
- the user information acquisition unit 21 in the control means 2 accesses the personal data table 60 and the history data table 61 of the user information table 6 to obtain the corresponding ID. Read personal information and history information.
- the program selecting means 22 adapts from the adaptive rule table 52 based on the user information and the history information acquired by the user information acquiring unit 21.
- the exercise program to be selected is selected, the data of the device control table 51 is read with the program ID, the exercise program with the corresponding program ID is read and set on the memory 20, and information (content) regarding the exercise program is read from the content table 56. Read out and display on the information presentation unit 4.
- FIG. 9 shows an example of the display of the information presentation unit 4 in this case.
- control means 2 performs the passive exercise equipment via the equipment control unit 25 based on the operation parameters of the exercise program set on the memory 20. 1 is controlled as time elapses, and the operation of the program change unit 23 is validated.
- the program change unit 23 changes the operation parameter of the exercise currently being executed in the exercise program developed on the memory 20 based on the input from the user input unit 3, and the device control unit 25 changes the operation parameter.
- the operation of the passive exercise device 1 is changed immediately in response to this, but the change of the operation parameter does not permit an unlimited change here, and is within the range described in the change permission table 53 described above. Only changes in are allowed.
- the change permission table 53 describes a permission range according to the elapsed time for each exercise program with respect to speed, load, tilt, and ascending / descending, and an example of the change permission table 53 corresponding to the exercise program shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. As is clear from the figure, the first half of the exercise program does not permit the direction of increasing the exercise load, and the latter half of the exercise program also permits the direction of increasing the exercise load. Also, the change permission range is reduced immediately after the start of exercise and immediately before the end of exercise.
- the content of the exercise program selected by the program selection means 22 can be changed by the user to his / her preference, but the change can be made only within the permitted range. This does not cause a situation in which the content of the exercise program selected as appropriate for the user is greatly changed by the user, resulting in an inappropriate exercise for the user.
- a plurality of permission change tables 53 having different permission ranges are prepared for an exercise program with a certain program ID, and the permission change table 53 to be applied is selected according to user information or according to a user command.
- the range that can be changed when used by a child or an elderly person can be more limited, and safety can be improved.
- the description itself in the change permission table 53 that is, the specified range can be modified and changed.
- the corresponding permitted range in the change permission table 53 is set. If the correction is made small, even if the exercise load is increased within the permitted range from the next time, the exercise load that is too high for the user will not be made. Changes can be made without incurring worries that are too high.
- the permission change table 53 describes the operation parameters that are permitted to be changed. However, the permission change table 53 may be a table that describes operation parameters that are not permitted.
- the exercise program may be automatically changed within a range permitted by the change permission table 53.
- a sensor that can measure the stability level of the user's body and a sensor that can measure the stepping force of the user are used as the above-described sensors, and these sensors can measure the body stability levels of a, b, and c.
- the evaluation result evaluated at each stage is output and the evaluation result obtained by evaluating the stepping force in five stages from 1 to 5 is output, if it is determined from the evaluation result that the user's ability to adapt to exercise is high, the exercise load is The motion parameter is changed in the direction of increasing, and if it is determined that the motor ability is low, the motion parameter is changed in the direction of decreasing the exercise load.
- Such an operation can be obtained by referring to the feedback table 55 as shown in FIG. 8 and the program changing unit 23 changing the operation parameters of the speed and the load. For example, if the evaluation output of the stepping force is 1 and the stability level of the body is a, the rule of lowering the speed (speed DWN) is applied to further reduce the speed, and the evaluation output of the stepping force is 15 If the stability level of the body is c, the rule of increasing the speed and load is applied to further increase the speed and load.
- the user when performing exercise according to the exercise program, if the user calculates the amount of exercise and informs the user through the information presentation means 4, the user can grasp the amount of exercise of the exercise being performed. It will be useful for user self-management. However, since the exercise program is not fixed but is changed according to the user's instruction (or according to the exercise ability determined by the sensor S), the exercise amount at the time of the exercise with a certain exercise program Is undefined.
- the momentum calculation unit 24 in the control means 2 calculates the momentum from the data described in the momentum table 54 in consideration of the change.
- FIG. 5 shows an example of the momentum table 54. This is data in which how many calories are consumed when the speed, load, tilting and raising / lowering operation parameters are present, and the momentum calculating unit 24 is developed on the memory 20 and the program changing means 23.
- the selected exercise program is completed by calculating the amount of exercise from the operation parameter after being changed in the above and the amount of exercise table 54 and accumulating the amount of exercise every time the operation moves to the next operation, Find the total amount of exercise (calories burned) for that exercise. This amount of exercise is displayed on the information presentation unit 4 at the end of the exercise.
- the control means 2 records the information at the corresponding user in the history data table 61, thereby selecting the exercise program for the next exercise.
- the history data table 61 includes not only the exercise program that has been performed, but also information on the exercise time, operation change, calories burned, as shown in FIG. It is preferable that information such as whether or not the exercise has been performed to the end (whether or not the target has been reached) is also recorded.
- the exercise according to the exercise program is completed from the history information and is displayed on the information presentation unit 4 at the previous exercise, the user's motivation to exercise can be enhanced. .
- each table stored in the program database 5 can be updated from the outside. New exercise programs can be introduced at any time.
