Abstract

In einem Kraftfahrzeug mit Verbrennungsmotor (10) wird der aus diesem austretende Abgasstrom als Wärmequelle für einen Clausius-Rankine-Kreisprozess genutzt. Die Transportleistung einer Pumpe (14) in dem Clausius-Rankine-Kreislauf ist variabel, und zwar wird sie durch Ansteuerung von einer Steuereinrichtung (24) in Abhängigkeit von dem Abgasmassenstrom und möglicherweise auch der Abgastemperatur eingestellt. Die Erfindung ermöglicht erstmals das Einsetzen eines einzigen Clausius-Rankine-Kreislaufs in einem Kraftfahrzeug.
