이하 첨부한 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명의 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고를 상세히 설명한다. 다음에 소개되는 도면들은 당업자에게 본 발명의 사상이 충분히 전달될 수 있도록 하기 위해 예로서 제공되는 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 이하 제시되는 도면들에 한정되지 않고 다른 형태로 구체화될 수도 있다. 또한 명세서 전체에 걸쳐서 동일한 참조번호들은 동일한 구성요소들을 나타낸다.
이때, 사용되는 기술 용어 및 과학 용어에 있어서 다른 정의가 없다면, 이 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 통상적으로 이해하고 있는 의미를 가지며, 하기의 설명 및 첨부 도면에서 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있는 공지 기능 및 구성에 대한 설명은 생략한다.
도 2는 본 발명의 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고의 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고의 현금적립수단를 도시한 사시도이며, 도 4는 본 발명의 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고의 구성블록도이다.
본 발명의 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안점금고는 금고로서의 기능, 물품에 대한 가격정산기능, 잔돈교환 기능, 및 외부와의 통신기능이 있다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고는 함체 형상의 본체(10)로 이루어지며 상기 본체(10)의 일면에 가격입력수단(20), 현금투입수단(30), 및 현금 배출 수단(40)이 구비되는 기본적인 구성을 가진다.
여기서, 상기 가격입력수단(20)은 금액표시부(21), 숫자입력부(22), 입력버튼(23), 교환버튼(24), 및 바코드입력기(25)가 포함되어 이루어지고, 상기 현금투입수단(30)은 지폐 및 동전 투입구가 포함되어 이루어진다.
우선 물품 판매에 따른 거스름돈 배출기능에 대하여 설명한다.
슈퍼 및 편의점에서 판매되는 물품의 가격은 상기 숫자입력부(22) 및 바코드입력기(25) 조작으로 제어수단(70)에 입력되며 상기 제어수단(70)에 의해 상기 금액 표시부(21)에 상기 물품의 가격이 표시된다.
여기서, 상기 숫자입력부(22)를 이용하여 상기 물품의 가격을 입력할 때는 사용자가 상기 물품의 금액을 상기 숫자입력부(22)를 통하여 입력한 후 입력버튼(23)을 누르면 되며, 상기 바코드입력기(25)를 이용하여 상기 물품의 가격을 입력할 때는 사용자가 상기 물품에 구비되어 있는 바코드에 상기 바코드입력기(25)를 근접시켜 상기 물품의 가격이 자동으로 입력되도록 한다.
상기 물품의 대금 지불을 위해 고객에게 받은 현금을 상기 지폐투입구(31) 및 동전투입구(32)가 구비되는 현금투입수단(30)을 이용하여 투입한다.
상기 투입된 현금은 상기 감별처리부(71)에 의해 금액이 확인되며 투입된 현금의 금종별로 상기 현금적립수단(50)에 적립된다.
여기서, 상기 현금적립수단(50)은 지폐보관부(51) 및 동전보관부(52)로 이루어지며 상기 지폐보관부(51) 및 동전보관부(52)는 금종별로 보관하기 위해 복수의 칸으로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 감별처리부(71)에 의해 확인되는 금액과 상기 가격입력수단(20)에 입력되는 금액을 비교하여 상기 감별처리부(71)에 의해 확인되는 금액에서 상기 가격입력수단(20)에 입력되는 금액을 제외한 차액을 거스름돈으로 계산하고 상기 현금적립수단(50)에서 거스름돈에 해당하는 금액을 상기 현금배출수단(40)을 통해 배출하도록 한다.
상기 거스름돈의 배출은 통상의 거스름돈 배출기술을 따르며 상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 투입된 현금에서 판매금을 제외한 금액 이상은 배출되지 않도록 제어하는 것이 바람직하다.
다음으로 잔돈 교환기능에 대하여 설명한다.
상기 가격입력수단(20)에 구비되어 있는 교환버튼(24)이 눌러지면 본 발명의 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고는 잔돈교환 기능을 가진다.
먼저 상기 가격입력수단(20)의 숫자입력부(22)를 이용하여 잔돈교환을 원하는 현금의 금액을 입력하거나 이 과정 없이 상기 현금 투입수단(30)으로 현금을 투입한다.
잔돈교환을 위하여 상기 투입된 현금은 상기 제어수단(70)의 감별처리부(71)에 의하여 확인되고, 확인이 완료된 투입금액은 상기 금액표시부(21)에 표시되며 상기 투입된 현금에 해당하는 교환 잔돈의 금종을 입력하도록 문구가 표시되어 상기 숫자입력부(22)를 이용하여 금종 및 금종의 개수를 입력한다.
상기 입력된 금종 및 금종의 개수를 상기 현금적립수단(50)에서 상기 현금배출수단(40)으로 배출하는데, 상기 제어수단(70)은 투입된 현금 이상은 배출되지 않도록 제어하는 것이 바람직하다.
다음으로 부족한 금종의 보충에 대하여 설명한다.
상기 가격입력수단(20)에 구비된 교환버튼(24)를 5초 이상 누르는 등의 특별한 조작에 의해 부족한 금종을 외부에서 보충할 수 있다.
상기 투입된 금종은 해당되는 금종별로 상기 현금적립수단(50)에 적립되며, 상기 가격입력수단(20)에 구비된 입력버튼(23)을 누르는 등의 특별한 조작에 의해 금종의 외부 보충을 종료한다.
여기서, 상기 버튼의 특별한 조작은 사용자에 의해 변경될 수 있는 것이 바람직하다.
다음으로 통신수단(60)에 의한 정보 송출 및 제어에 대하여 설명한다.
본 발명의 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고는 상기 본체(10)의 외부 또는 내부에 통신수단(60)이 구비되며 통신선(61)을 통해 상기 제어수단(70)과 연결된다.
본 발명의 금고는 강도 또는 종업원에 의하여 강제로 개폐되지 않는 시건 장치 및 개폐장치를 구비함을 전제로 한다. 그러나 강제적인 개폐 및 파손의 시도 징후가 발생할 경우 상기 제어수단(70)은 이를 감지하여 상기 통신수단(60)을 통해 설정되어 있는 외부의 보안 담당자 또는 주인의 통신기기로 위험신호를 발송한다.
또한, 통신수단(60)을 통하여 금고의 상태, 출납현황, 판매 내역 등의 정보를 외부로 전송하거나, 외부로부터 금고에 접속하여 이러한 정보에 접근하거나 일정 금액을 투출하게 하는 등의 원격 제어를 할 수 있다.
마지막으로 금고의 개폐에 대하여 설명한다.
본 발명의 금고 개폐는 지정된 장소에 별도 보관되는 기구 및 방법에 의해서만 개폐가 된다.
상기 금고는 상기 제어수단(70)에 의하여 주인에 의해 보관되는 RFID 카드를 인식하여 금고 개폐의 정당한 권한자임을 판단하고, 비밀번호를 입력받기 위한 문구를 상기 금액 표시부(21)에 표시한다. 비밀번호는 안전을 위한 추가적인 장치로 도입될 수 있으며, 사용자가 상기 숫자입력부(22)를 이용하여 미리 정해진 소정의 비밀번호를 입력한 후 입력버튼(23)을 누르면 상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 금고가 열려 현금적립수단(50)이 외부로 노출되도록 제어하거나, 강제로 금고를 열 경우를 대비하여 설정된 경보를 해제하여 별도의 물리적, 기계적 또는 전기적 방법에 의하여 현금적립수단(50)을 노출시킬 수 있도록 한다.
한편, RFID 카드를 이용한 방법에 대하여 기술 하였지만 여러 보안 기술을 사용할 수 있는 것이 바람직하다.
(제 1 실시 예)
고객이 금액 8,500원에 해당하는 물품을 구입하기 위해 종업원에게 계산을 요구하며 금액 10,000원을 건네주면 상기 종업원은 상기 물품의 가격인 금액 8,500원을 상기 가격입력수단(20)의 숫자입력부(22)를 이용하여 직접입력하거나 바코드 리더기(25)를 통하여 자동으로 입력한다.
상기 고객으로부터 건네받은 상기 금액 10,000원을 상기 현금투입수단(30)에 투입한다.
상기 투입된 금액 10,000원은 상기 제어수단(70)의 검출센서부(71)에 의해 금액의 금종 및 금액이 확인되면 상기 현금적립수단(50)의 지폐보관부(51)의 금액 10,000원 칸에 적립된다.
상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 감별처리부(71)에 의해 확인된 금액 10,000원과 상기 가격입력수단(20)에 입력된 금액 8,500원을 비교하여 상기 감별처리부(71)에 의해 확인된 금액 10,000원에서 상기 가격입력수단(20)에 의해 입력된 금액 8,500원을 제외한 차액 1,500원을 거스름돈으로 책정한다.
상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 현금적립수단(50)의 지폐보관부(51)에서 금액 1,000원 및 동전보관부(52)에서 금액 500원을 상기 현금배출수단(40)으로 배출한다. 이때, 지폐보관부(51)의 적립된 금액이 부족할 경우 동전보관부(52)의 동전만으로 1,500원을 배출할 수 있다.
종업원은 상기 현금배출수단(40)에서 금액 1500원을 꺼내어 상기 고객에게 건네주거나 고객이 직접 집어가게 된다.
상기 가격입력수단(20)에 입력된 금액보다 적은 금액이 상기 현금투입수단(30)에 투입되면 상기 제어수단(70)은 현금을 배출하지 않도록 제어한다.
(제 2 실시 예)
고객이 금액 10,000원에 해당하는 거스름돈을 권종별로 5,000원권 지폐 1매와 1,000원권 지폐 3매와 500원권 동전 3개와 100원권 5개을 요구하였다.
먼저 가격입력수단(20)에 구비되어 있는 교환버튼(24)을 누른 후, 고액권 10,000원권에 대하여 가격입력수단(20)의 숫자입력부(22)를 이용하여 10,000원 숫자를 입력하거나 또는 이 과정 없이 직접 10,000원권 지폐를 현금투입수단(30)의 지폐투입구(31)로 투입한다.
투입된 지폐가 감별처리부(71)에 의하여 확인이 되면 투입액 10,000원이 금액표시부(21)에 표시된다.
잔돈으로 원하는 금종 및 금종 별 개수를 상기 숫자입력부(22)를 이용하여 입력한다. 금종 및 금종 별 개수에 대한 숫자 입력은 상기 숫자입력부(22)의 버튼의 조합을 이용한 통상의 숫자 입력 방법을 따른다.
입력된 금종 별 숫자에 따라 제어수단(70)은 현금적립수단(50)에서 현금배출수단(40)으로 배출토록 제어한다.
(제 3 실시 예)
부족한 금종을 보충하기 위하여 먼저 가격입력수단(20)에 구비된 교환버튼(24)를 5초 이상 누르면, 금액표시부(21)에 현금 투입의 시작을 알리는 문구를 표시한다.
준비된 현금을 현금투입수단(30)을 통하여 투입하고, 투입된 금액의 금종 및 금종별 개수 또는 총액이 금액표시부(21)에 표시된다.
가격입력수단(20)에 구비된 입력버튼(23)을 누르면 현금의 외부 투입이 완료되고, 투입된 총액 및 금종별 숫자 정보는 제어수단(70)으로 제공된다.
한편, 부족한 금종을 보충하기 위해 행하는 버튼의 조작은 사용자의 설정에 의하여 다양한 방법이 될 수 있는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 현금을 보관하는 금고에 있어서,
    함체 형상으로 이루어지며 내부에 공간이 형성되는 본체(10);
    상기 본체(10)의 일면에 구비되며 바코드입력기(25) 및 숫자입력부(22)를 통해 물품의 가격이 입력되는 가격입력수단(20);
    상기 가격입력 수단(20)에 근접하여 구비되며 지폐 또는 동전이 투입되는 현금투입수단(30);
    상기 본체(10)의 일면에 구비되며 상기 가격입력수단(20)를 통해 입력된 물품의 가격과 투입된 금액의 차액 및 투입금액과 동일한 거스름돈을 배출하는 현금배출수단(40);
    상기 본체(10)의 내부에 구비되며 상기 투입된 지폐 또는 동전이 보관되는 현금적립수단(50);
    금고의 안전상태, 출납현황, 판매내역, 일정 금액 강제 배출을 포함하는 금고 현황 정보 및 제어신호를 외부와 송수신하는 통신수단(60); 및
    상기 본체(10)의 내부에 구비되어 투입된 금액 이하만 배출하도록 제어하며 상기 가격입력수단(20), 현금투입수단(30), 현금배출수단(40), 현금적립수단(50), 및 통신수단(60)을 제어하는 제어수단(70);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 가격입력수단(20)은 투입된 금액을 표시하는 금액표시부(21), 상기 숫자입력부(22) 및 바코드입력기(25)를 통해 입력한 내용을 확인하는 입력버튼(23) 및 교환버튼(24)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 교환버튼(24)이 선택되면 상기 현금투입수단(30)에 투입된 현금에 해당하는 잔돈 조합을 상기 현금적립수단(50)에서 상기 현금배출수단(40)으로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 현금투입수단(30)은 지폐투입구(31) 및 동전투입구(32)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 현금적립수단(50)은 지폐가 금종별로 보관되는 지폐보관부(51) 및 동전이 금종별로 보관되는 동전보관부(52)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 가격입력수단(20)에 의해 입력된 금액과 투입된 현금의 차액을 계산하고 상기 현금투입수단(30)에 투입되는 현금의 금종을 판별하는 감별처리부(71)가 구비되며 상기 감별처리부(71)에 의해 판별된 금종 판별정보를 상기 현금적립수단(50)에 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    지폐 및 동전의 보충은 상기 현금투입수단(30)을 통해 투입되며 상기 지폐및 동전의 금종에 따라 상기 감별처리부(71)에 의해 금종을 확인하여 상기 현금적립수단(50)에 적립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  8. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 잔돈교환 시 잔돈으로 원하는 지폐의 금종 또는 동전의 금종은 상기 가격입력수단(20)을 통해 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체(10) 외부에 구비되는 통신수단(60)이 상기 제어수단(70)과 통신선(61)에 의해 연결되어 강제로 금고를 개폐하는 징후가 발생하면 상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 통신수단(60)을 통해 강제 개폐의 위험신호를 외부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제어수단(70)과 통신수단(60)에 의해 금고 현황 정보를 외부로 전송하며 외부에서 상기 금고의 원격제어 및 상기 금고의 현황 정보에 접근하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제어수단(70)은 상기 통신수단(60)을 통하여 외부에서 일정 금액 배출을 요청하는 제어신호를 전송받아서 상기 현금배출수단(40)에서 상기 일정 금액을 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
  12. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 금고의 현금적립수단(50)에 대한 개폐는 지정된 장소에 별도 보관되는 기구 및 방법에 의해서만 개폐가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강도 및 종업원에 의한 현금 탈취 방지를 위한 안전금고.
