Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une pièce moulée composite qui comprend une ou plusieurs résines thermoplastiques sélectionnées parmi une résine de poly(sulfure d'arylène) et une résine de polyamide ainsi qu'une pièce métallique, et qui présente de manière stable une adhérence satisfaisante. Le procédé permet de réduire la durée du cycle de moulage. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que (1) il utilise un moule divisé en un moule principal qui assure le contrôle de la liaison à une machine de moulage et un noyau doté d'un circuit de chauffage et d'un circuit de refroidissement dont l'intérieur présente une zone dans laquelle la ou les résines entrent en contact avec une pièce métallique. Le procédé est en outre caractérisé en ce que (2) la partie du moule qui entre en contact avec la ou les résines qui s'écoulent pendant le moulage a été traitée en surface de manière à présenter une rugosité moyenne dix points (Rz) de 0,5 µm ou moins, le noyau ayant une capacité de 60 cm3 ou moins et étant incorporé dans le moule principal, la partie périphérique du noyau en contact avec le moule principal ayant été isolée thermiquement. Le procédé est en outre caractérisé par (3) le placement de la pièce métallique dans le moule, le chauffage du noyau à une température comprise dans une plage spécifique, l'injection de la ou des résines de manière à remplir la cavité tout en maintenant la température du noyau, et immédiatement après que la cavité du moule a été remplie par la ou les résines, le blocage du circuit de chauffage du noyau et le refroidissement rapide du noyau à l'aide du circuit de refroidissement du noyau, à une vitesse de refroidissement de 7°C/s ou plus.
