Abstract
Ein Kunststoffkörper (1) hat einen Kunststoff- Wandabschnitt (10). Letzterer ist zumindest dreischichtig mit einer Kernschicht (12) und mit zwei die Kernschicht (12) beidseitig abdeckenden Deckschichten (11). Die Kernschicht (12) hat Identifizierungskomponenten (13), die eine Identifizierung einer Herstellungs-Charge des Kunststoffkörpers (1) erlauben. Es resultiert ein Kunststoffkörper, bei dem ein Plagiatschutz kostengünstig erreicht werden kann.
Description
Kunststoffkörper
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kunststoffkörper nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.
Ein derartiger Kunststoffkörper findet beispielsweise als Aufbewahrungsbehälter für Arzneimittel Verwendung. Auch andere sicherheitsrelevante Produkte können in einem derartigen Kunststoffkörper aufbewahrt werden. Dabei spielt je nach Verwendung des Kunststoffkörpers der Plagiatschutz eine Rolle. Kunststoffkörper sind aus der DE 196 30 478 Al, der DE 102 35 018 Al, der DE 10 2005 046 272 Al, der DE 10 2005 019 980 Al, der US 6,210,782 Bl, der US 5,298,310 A und der WO 03/095 745 bekannt.
Es ist eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Kunststoffkörper der eingangs genannten Art so weiterzubilden, dass ein Plagiatschutz kostengünstig erreicht werden kann.
Dieser Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch einen Kunststoffkörper mit den im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
Erfindungsgemäß wurde erkannt, dass das Einbringen von Identifizierungskomponenten in die Kernschicht des dreischichtigen Kunststoff- Wandabschnitts des Kunststoffkörpers die Möglichkeit bietet, die Herstel- lungs-Charge des Kunststoffkörpers eindeutig zu identifizieren. Eine
Rückverfolgung des Vertriebsweges des Kunststoffkörpers und damit seines Inhalts ist dann ohne weiteres möglich. Fälschungen des Kunststoffkörpers können sicher aufgedeckt werden, da über die Identifizierungskomponenten eine eindeutige Individualisierung des Kunststoffkörpers ge-
geben ist. Der Kunststoffkörper kann dann, insbesondere dann, wenn beispielsweise über eine Versiegelung eine eindeutige Zuordnung des aufbewahrten Inhalts zum Kunststoffkörper gegeben ist, beispielsweise in der Medizintechnik und in der Pharmazie zur fälschungssicheren Aufbewah- rung zum Einsatz kommen. Der dreischichtige Aufbau verhindert, dass die Identifizierungskomponenten mit der Umgebung des Kunststoffkörpers wechselwirken können. Wenn der Kunststoffkörper beispielsweise als Medikamentenbehälter ausgeführt ist, ist durch den dreischichtigen Aufbau verhindert, dass die Kernschicht in Kontakt mit den aufbewahrten Medi- kamenten kommt. Die Identifϊzierungskomponenten sind, da sie in der
Kernschicht angeordnet sind, sicher beispielsweise gegen Sterilisationsver- fahren des Kunststoffkörpers, z. B. gegen eine Dampfsterilisation, gegen eine Gamma-, Plasma- oder Ethylenoxid-Sterilisation, geschützt.
Identifizierungskomponenten nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3 erlauben eine reproduzierbare und fälschungssichere Identifizierung des Kunststoffkörpers.
Produktvarianten nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5 erlauben eine kostengüns- tige Massenproduktion des Kunststoffkörpers.
Identifizierungspartikel nach Anspruch 6 können einer die Kunststoffmat- rix der Kernschicht bildenden Kunststoffmasse beispielsweise in Form eines Pulvers zugegeben werden. Die Identifizierungspartikel können fein verteilt in der Kernschicht vorliegen.
Ein gelöster Farbstoff nach Anspruch 7 kann der die Kunststoffmatrix bildenden Kunststoffmasse ebenfalls vor der Verarbeitung zur Herstellung der Kernschicht zugeführt werden. Die gelösten Farbstoffe können der Kunst-
stoffmasse dabei so zugegeben werden, dass in der Kernschicht ein charakteristisches Muster der gelösten Farbstoffe in der Kunststoffmasse resultiert. Auch ein Schichtaufbau der Kernschicht mit Kunststoffschichten, die den gelösten Farbstoff enthalten und anderen, die diesen nicht enthalten, ist durch entsprechende Zugabe des gelösten Farbstoffs in die Kunststoffmasse möglich. Durch Einsatz mehrerer gelöster Farbstoffe lassen sich auch charakteristische Farbabfolgen erreichen. Als Farbstoff kann mindestens ein wasserunlöslicher Farbstoff, mindestens ein wasserlöslicher Farbstoff, ein Reaktivfarbstoff oder auch ein sonstiger Farbstoff zum Einsatz kom- men.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In dieser zeigen:

Ein Kunststoffkörper 1 in Form eines Arzneimittelbehälters, beispielsweise für Tabletten, hat einen Behälterabschnitt 2 und einen Gewindeabschnitt 3 mit einem Außengewinde zur Verschraubung eines Kunststoff-Deckels 4 (vgl. Fig. 5 bis 10) mit dem Kunststoffkörper 1.
Ein Boden 5 des Behälterabschnitts 2 ist gegenüber einem ringförmigen Behälter- Aufstandsbereich 6 nach oben versetzt ausgeführt. In etwa im Zentrum des Bodens 5 ist auf der Außenseite von diesem ein Punktanguss 7 vorhanden. Am Ort des Punktangusses 7 mündet ein Angusskanal in eine Spritzgussform eines Spritzgusswerkzeuges, mit dem der Kunststoffkörper 1 hergestellt wird. Eine Formtrennrichtung 8 dieses, in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten, Spritzgusswerkzeuges, also die Richtung, in der zwei Werkzeughälften des Spritzgusswerkzeuges nach dem Aushärten der Spritzguss- Kunststoffmasse voneinander getrennt werden, ist in der Fig. 4 durch einen Doppelpfeil angedeutet.
Der Kunststoffkörper 1 ist um eine Hochachse 9, abgesehen vom Gewinde des Außengewindes des Gewindeabschnitts 3, rotationssymmetrisch ausgeführt. Die Formtrennrichtung 8 verläuft parallel zur Hochachse 9.
Der Kunststoffkörper wird im Sandwich-Spritzguss-Verfahren hergestellt. Dabei wird zunächst ein Deckschicht-Kunststoffmaterial in die Spritzgussform des geschlossenen Spritzgusswerkzeuges eingespritzt. Anschließend wird Kernschicht-Kunststoffmaterial über eine zweite Spritzeinheit und den Angusskanal in die Spritzgussform eingespritzt. Das zuerst eingespritzte Deckschicht-Kunststoffmaterial wird vergleichbar zu einem Ballon vom später eingespritzten Kernschicht-Kunststoffmaterial zentral verdrängt, sodass sich die Wand 10 mit zwei diese innen und außen abschließenden Deckschichten 11 und einer Kernschicht 12 bildet (vgl. Fig 5).
Alternativ zum Herstellungsverfahren mittels Sandwich- Spritzguss kann ein nicht dargestellter Kunststoffkörper mit einer dreischichtigen Wand 10 entsprechend derjenigen nach Fig. 5 auch als Koextrudat ausgeführt sein.
Die Kernschicht 12 hat Identifizierungskomponenten in Form von Identifizierungspartikeln 13, die eine Identifizierung einer Herstellungs-Charge des Kunststoffkörpers 1 erlauben. Bei den Identifizierungspartikeln 13 kann es sich um Mikropartikel handeln. Beispielsweise kann es sich bei den Identifizierungspartikeln 13 um solche handeln, die unter dem Handelsnamen MICROTAGGANT® des Unternehmens MICROTRACE, LLC, Minneapolis, MN, USA5 bekannt sind. Die Identifizierungspartikel 13 können auch Mikropartikel sein, die unter dem Handelsnamen SECUT AG® des Unternehmens 3 S Simons Security Systems GmbH, Not- tuln, bekannt sind.
Die Identifizierungspartikel 13 können einen typischen Durchmesser zwischen 1 μm und 100 μm haben. Bevorzugt ist jedes der Identifϊzierungspar- tikel 13 ein Multilayer-Partikel mit einer Mehrzahl von farblich unter-
schiedlichen Lagen, deren Farbabfolge jeweils gleich ist und einem Identifizierungscode entspricht.
Alternativ oder zusätzlich können die Identifϊzierungspartikel 13 so ausge- führt sein, dass sie ein charakteristisches Absorptionsverhalten für bestimmte Lichtwellenlängen, beispielsweise im sichtbaren Spektrum (VIS), im infraroten Spektrum (IR) oder im ultravioletten Spektrum (UV) haben. Die Identifizierungspartikel 13 können auch phosphoreszierend oder fluoreszierend ausgeführt sein, wobei nach einer Lichtanregung dann von den Identifϊzierungspartikeln 13 ausgesandtes Licht visuell oder mit Hilfe eines Detektors zur Identifizierung erfasst werden kann.
Die Identifϊzierungspartikel 13 können so ausgeführt sein, dass sie ein charakteristisches Muster bilden, das visuell oder mit einem Lesegerät erfasst werden kann. Die Identifizierungspartikel 13 haben dann insbesondere einen mehrschichtigen Aufbau derart, dass deren charakteristische Farbabfolge visuell, beispielsweise unter einem Mikroskop, oder mit einem Lesegerät erfasst werden kann.
Bei den Identifϊzierungspartikeln 13 kann es sich auch um Nanoschichtsili- kate handeln.
Der in den Fig. 6 bis 10 dargestellte Deckel 4 hat ein Innengewinde 14, das komplementär zum Außengewinde des Gewindeabschnitts 3 ausgeführt ist.
Der Deckel 4 hat eine zur Erleichterung der Handhabung beim Schraubvorgang geriffelte Außenwand 15. Eine Deckelwand 16 schließt sich einstückig an die Außenwand 15 an, wobei die Deckelwand 16 in einem zentralen Abschnitt 17 im aufgeschraubten Zustand des Deckels 4 zum
Kunststoffköφer 1 hin versetzt ist. Nach außen hin hat die Deckel wand 16 daher eine konkave Form. Die Wandstärke der Außenwand 15 einerseits und der Deckelwand 16 andererseits ist in etwa konstant.
Ein Punktanguss 18 liegt beim Deckel 4 zentral im zentralen Abschnitt 17.
Die Wand 15, 16 des Deckels 4 ist ebenfalls dreischichtig und hat wie die Wand 10 des Kunststoffkörpers 1 die Kernschicht 12 und die Deckschichten 11. Die Kernschicht 12 weist wiederum die Identifizierungspartikel 13 auf.
Für den Kunststoffkörper 1 und den Deckel 4 kommen folgende Materialkombinationen Kernschicht 12/Deckschicht 11 zum Einsatz:
Ethylvinylalkohol (EVOH)/Polypropylen (PP), Ethylvinylalkohol (EVOH)/Polyethylen (PE, HDPE, LDPE), Polyamid (PA)/Homo- Polypropylen (PP), Ethylvinylalkohol (EVOH)/Polypropylen (PP), cycloo- lefinisches Copolymer (COC)/Polypropylen (PP), Ethylvinylalkolhol (EVOH)/Polyamid (PA) und Polypropylen mit Nanoschichtsilikaten, PoIy- amid (PA)/Polyρroρylen (PP), Polyethylentherephthalat
(PET)/Polyρropylen (PP), Polyethylentherephthalat (PET)/Polyethylen (PE), Polybutylenterephthalat (PBT)/Polyρroρylen (PP), Polybutylente- rephthalat (PBT)/Polyethylen (PE).
Auch andere Materialkombinationen Kernschicht/Deckschicht sind möglich, beispielsweise Polypropylen und/oder Polyethylen sowohl als Kernschicht 12 als auch als Deckschicht 11. Die Kernschicht 12 weist jeweils die Identifizierungspartikel 13 auf.
Alternativ zu Identifϊzierungskomponenten in Form der Identifizierungspartikel 13 kann eine Identifizierungskomponente des Kunststoffkörpers 1 auch durch einen in der Kunststoffmasse, die die Kernschicht 12 bildet, gelösten Farbstoff gebildet sein. Auch mehrere derartige Farbstoffe können in der Kunststoffmasse gelöst sein. Die gelösten Farbstoffe können vor der Formung des Kunststoffkörpers 1 so zugegeben werden, dass keine vollständig homogene Durchmischung der Kunststoffmasse mit dem gelösten Farbstoff oder den gelösten Farbstoffen erfolgt, sodass sich charakteristische Farbmuster oder auch mehrschichtige charakteristische Farbfolgen bilden können. Es kann insbesondere eine molekulardisperse Verteilung des gelösten Farbstoffs in der Kunststoffmasse vorliegen.
Als die Identifizierungskomponente bildenden Farbstoff kann ein wasserunlöslicher Farbstoff beispielsweise aus folgender Liste ausgewählt wer- den:

Claims
1. Kunststoffkörper (1 ; 4) mit einem Kunststoff- Wandabschnitt (10; 15,
16) - wobei der Kunststoff- Wandabschnitt (10; 15, 16) mindestens dreischichtig ist
~ mit einer Kernschicht (12) und
~ mit zwei die Kernschicht (12) beidseitig abdeckenden Deckschichten (11), wobei die Kernschicht (12) Identifizierungskomponenten (13) aufweist, welche eine Identifizierung einer Herstellungs-Charge des Kunststoffkörpers (1; 4) erlauben, und wobei die Identifizierungskomponenten (13) derart ausgeführt sind, dass sie ein charakteristisches Muster bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifizierungskomponenten (13) einen mehrschichtigen Aufbau derart haben, dass sie eine charakteristische Farbabfolge bilden, die visuell oder mit einem Lesegerät erfasst werden kann.
2. Kunststoffkörper nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifizierungskomponenten (13) derart ausgeführt sind, dass sie ein charakteristisches Absorptionsverhalten für bestimmte Lichtwellenlängen haben.
3. Kunststoffkörper nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch phosphoreszierende oder fluoreszierende Identifizierungskomponenten (13).
4. Kunststoffkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff- Wandabschnitt (10; 15, 16) als Koextru- dat ausgeführt ist.
5. Kunststoffkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kunststoff- Wandabschnitt (10; 15, 16) als Sandwich- Spritzguss-Produkt ausgeführt ist.
6. Kunststoffkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass die Identifizierungskomponenten (13) als Identifizierungspartikel ausgeführt sind.
7. Kunststoffkörper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Identifizierungskomponenten (13) als mindestens ein in einer Kunststoffmatrix gelöster Farbstoff ausgebildet sind.
