由此可见, 上述现有的轮胎在结构与使用上, 显然仍存在有不便与缺 陷,而亟待加以进一步改进。 为了解决轮胎存在的问题, 相关厂商莫不费尽 心思来谋求解决之道, 但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成, 而一 般产品又没有适切的结构能够解决上述问题, 此显然是相关业者急欲解决 的问题。 因此如何能创设一种新型结构的轮胎, 便成了当前业界极需改进 的目标。
有鉴于上述现有的轮胎存在的缺陷, 本发明人基于从事此类产品设计 制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识, 并配合学理的运用, 积极加以研究 创新, 以期创设一种新型结构的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 能够改进一般现有的 轮胎, 使其更具有实用性。 经过不断的研究、 设计, 并经反复试作样品及 改进后, 终于创设出确具实用价值的本发明。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于, 克服现有的轮胎存在的缺陷, 而提供一种新 型结构的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 所要解决的技术问题是使其凭借一胎体层上 方设置一警示层, 一胶料层设置于胎体层下方与警示层上方,警示层的材料 包含一色料, 凭借胶料层与警示层的颜色不同, 可提示使用者更换轮胎,以 确保车辆行车安全, 从而更加适于实用。 更可避免遭不法业者蒙骗更换尚 未达到磨损标准的轮胎。
本发明的次要目的, 在于提供一种具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其是凭借胶料 层与警示层的材料相同, 且胶料层与警示层为一体成形, 让胶料层与警示 层可紧密结合, 使轮胎于使用一段时间后, 胶料层与警示层不会相互脱落 而分离, 进而增加车辆的行车安全。
本发明的再一目的, 在于提供一种具磨耗警示的轮胎, 警示层更包含 一第一警示层与一第二警示层, 凭借第一警示层与第二警示层的颜色不同, 以提示使用者轮胎的磨耗情形, 明确的让使用者了解轮胎的使用情况,更增 加行车安全。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。 依据 本发明提出的一种具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其包括: 一胎体层; 一警示层, 其 是设置于该胎体层的上方, 该警示层的材料包含一橡胶、 一色料与一含硅 的抗磨剂; 以及一胶料层, 其是设置于该胎体层下方与该警示层上方,该胶 料层与该警示层的材料相同, 该胶料层与该警示层的颜色不同,该胶料层与 该警示层为一体成形。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还采用以下技术措施来进一步实现。 前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其中所述的警示层具有至少一胎纹。
前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其中所述的胶料层的厚度是小于该胎纹的 深度。
前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其更包含复数个金属线, 该金属线垂直穿 设于该胎体层的两侧。
前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 更包含复数个三角胶, 该三角胶垂直穿设 于该胎体层的两侧, 该三角胶位于该金属线的上方并与该金属线相连接。
前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其中所述的胎体层的材料包含人造丝与纲 丝线, 该人造丝包含尼龙丝。 前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其中所述的警示层更包含一第一警示层与 一第二警示层, 该第一警示层位于该第二警示层的上方, 该第一警示层与 该第二警示层的颜色不同。
前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其中所述的第一警示层与该第二警示层的 材料相同。
前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其中所述的第一警示层的厚度小于该第二 警示层的厚度。
前述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其中所述的含硅的抗磨剂的材料是选自于 高岭土、 锻烧高领土或白碳黑及其上述任意组合的其中之一。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。 由以上技术方案 可知, 本发明的主要技术内容如下:
借由上述技术方案, 本发明具磨耗警示的轮胎至少具有下列优点: 本发明的种具磨耗警示的轮胎, 包括有一胎体层、 一警示层与一胶料 层,警示层设置于胎体层的上方, 警示层的材料包含一橡胶、 一色料与一含 硅的抗磨剂; 胶料层设置于胎体层下方与警示层上方,胶料层与警示层的材 料相同, 胶料层与该警示层的颜色不同, 胶料层与警示层为一体成形。 凭 借胶料层与警示层的材料相同, 以避免轮胎于车辆高速行使或是长久使用 而胶料层与警示层分离, 并凭借胶料层与警示层的颜色不同, 使轮胎的胶 料层磨损后而露出警示层, 以提示使用者更换轮胎, 更确保车辆行车安全。
本发明的警示层更包含一第一警示层与一第二警示层, 第一警示层位 该第二警示层的上方, 凭借第一警示层与第二警示层的颜色不同,以提示使 用者轮胎的磨耗情形, 明确的让使用者了解轮胎的使用情况, 更增加行车 安全。
综上所述, 本发明特殊结构的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其具有上述诸多的 优点及实用价值, 并在同类产品中未见有类似的结构设计公开发表或使用 而确属创新, 其不论在产品结构或功能上皆有较大的改进, 在技术上有较 大的进步, 并产生了好用及实用的效果, 且较现有的轮胎具有增进的多项 功效, 从而更加适于实用, 而具有产业的广泛利用价值, 诚为一新颖、 进 步、 实用的新设计。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功 效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的具磨耗警示的轮胎其 具体实施方式、 结构、 特征及其功效, 详细说明如后。
请参阅图 2 A与图 2 B ,其是为本发明较佳实施例的剖视图与结构示意图; 如图所示, 本发明的种具磨耗警示的轮胎, 包括有一胎体层 10、 一警示层 22与一胶料层 20, 警示层 22设置于胎体层 10的上方, 警示层 22的材料 包含一橡胶、 一色料与一含硅的抗磨剂, 警示层 22具有至少一胎纹 21;胶 料层 20设置于胎体层 10下方与警示层 22上方, 胶料层 20与警示层 11的 材料相同, 胶料层 20与该警示层 22的颜色不同。
凭借胶料层 20与警示层 22的材料相同, 如胶料层 20与警示层 11的 材料同为橡胶, 如此可避免轮胎于车辆高速行使或是使用时间长久后, 胶 料层 20与警示层 11因材料不同而分离, 并凭借胶料层 20与警示层 22的 颜色不同,使轮胎的胶料层 20磨损后而露出警示层 22, 以提示使用者更换 轮胎, 更确保车辆行车安全。 除了提供一种方便消费者以直接目测方式自 行检查轮胎的安全程度, 有利于轮胎业进入新的安全概念、 规范的轮胎摩 耗警示构造, 更可避免旧胎利用补胎方式制造二手胎, 使二手胎市场及二 手胎消费族群锐减。
含硅的抗磨剂的材料是选自于高岭土、 锻烧高领土或白碳黑及其上述 任意组合的其中之一者。 如此可提升警示层 22的耐磨度, 使轮胎的胶料层 20磨耗而警示层 22外露后, 减緩警示层 22的损耗速率。
另外, 由于警示层 22具有至少一胎紋 21, 因此当胶料层 20覆盖于警 示层 22时,胶料层 20上方的胎面亦有胎纹 211。 利用轮胎胎纹 211排除轮 胎上的积水, 也有助于排开砂石或细小石砾, 藉以增加轮胎的接地面积,进 而获得较佳的抓地力。 ,
本发明更包含一緩冲层 30,緩冲层 30位于警示层 22与胎体层 10之间。 由于胎体层 10可以选择采用纲丝线层或尼龙等人造丝层, 胶料层 20则因 为其每个部位所承受的作用力以及功能不同, 所选用的胶料亦可以有所不 同,使橡胶呈现所需要的特性。 然而, 警示层 22与胎体层 10的材料不完全 相同, 而为了使警示层 22与胎体层 10牢固的结合在一起, 因此可凭借緩 冲层 30, 增加警示层 22与胎体层 10的结合强度。
本发明的具磨耗警示的轮胎更包含复数个金属线 40 与复数个三角胶 50, 金属线 40垂直穿设于胎体层 10的两侧, 三角胶 50垂直穿设于胎体层 10的两侧, 三角胶 50位于金属线 40的上方并与金属线 40相连接。
请一并参阅图 2C、 图 2D与图 2E, 其是为本发明的轮胎制流程图、 原 料混合示意图与胎面制程示意图, 由于轮胎制作为习知的技术, 因此详细 内容不多加赘述。 本发明首先, 分别进行步骤 Sl, 制作胎面、 步骤 S2,制 作钢丝层, 与步骤 S3, 制作三角强化钢丝胶环。
在进行步骤 S1前, 如图 2D所示一般, 先将天然合成橡胶、 碳、 硫璘 等其他化合物混合成一橡胶原料, 接着如图 2E, 在将橡胶原料压成板状后 冷却, 以产生制作轮胎的胎面, 接着, 再将橡胶原料进行胎面压出工程,故 先将橡胶原料加热,使橡胶具有弹性, 并且押出轮胎所需的胶料层 20,并将 胶料层 20冷却后裁切成轮胎所需的长度。 并且重复图 2D与图 2E, 将橡胶 原料参杂色料, 以产生一警示层 22。
请一并参阅图 2F与图 2G,其是为钢丝层制程示意图与钢丝层裁断制程 示意图, 在步骤 S2中, 首先将钢丝线尼龙丝等制成绞线, '再将绞线织成钢 丝布 114, 并将钢丝布的双面以橡胶涂布均匀以产生一胎体 ^1 接着如 图 2G, 将胎体层 10进行裁切。 \' 请一并参阅图 2H与图 21,其是为三角强化钢丝胶环制程示意图与轮胎 零组件的组设图, 在三角强化钢丝胶环制程中, 先将金属线 40包覆三角胶 50,再将包覆三角胶 50的金属线 40制成钢丝胶环 116。 之后,进行步骤 S4, 组设零组件。 将胎体层 10、 警示层 22、 胶料层 20与钢丝胶环 116组合,并 且加石 与成形而成为一轮胎。
请一并参阅图 3,其细为本明另一较佳实施例的局部剖视图;如图所示, 此实施例不同于上一实施例在于此实施例的警示层 22更包含一第一警示层 221与一第二警示层 222,第一警示层 221位于第二警示层 222的上方,第一 警示层 221与第二警示层 222的颜色不同。 第一警示层 221与第二警示层 222的材料相同。 第一警示层 221的厚度小于第二警示层 222的厚度。 本发 明的重点主要是依照轮胎的安全磨耗条件, 在轮胎的胶料层 20当中区隔出 至少一层与胎面部位颜色不同的警示层 22 , 在本实施例当中, 第一警示层 221以及第二警示层 222分别具有不同的颜色以及厚度, 而且胶料层 20的 厚度是小于胎纹 21的深度, 如此让轮胎的胎纹 211遭磨平的前, 轮胎遭磨 损的部位即会因为磨损程度的不同而露出既定的第一警示层 221 与第二警 示层 222, 不但方便让消费者以直接目测的方式自行检查轮胎的安全程度, 如遇路面有尖锐物或釘子导致胎面破损爆裂时, 既会露出警示层, 已警告 消费者轮胎已破损, 而产生危险, 更可避免遭不法业者蒙骗更换尚未达到 磨损标准的轮胎。
原则上较接近胎面的第一警示层 221 厚度越浅好, 让消费者可以感受 到第一警示层 22 出现之后不久, 第二警示层 222 紧接着出现的危机显示, 有利于轮胎业进入新的安全概念、 规范, 甚至于可避免旧胎利用补胎方式 制造二手胎, 将可使二手胎市场及二手胎消费族群锐减。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式 上的限制, 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发 明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内, 当可利 用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但 凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例 所作的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围 内。 工业应用性
本发明是有关于一种具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其包含一胎体层、 一警示层 与一胶料层, 警示层设置于胎体层的上方, 警示层的材料包含一橡胶、 一 色料与一含硅的抗磨剂, 胶料层设置于胎体层下方与警示层上方, 胶料层 与警示层的材料相同, 且胶料层与警示层的颜色不同, 胶料层与警示层为 一体成形。 凭借胶料层与警示层一体成形, 以避免因使用不同材料而使轮 胎于车辆高速行驶或是长时间使用而造成胶料层与警示层分离, 以增加行 车安全性, 并凭借胶料层与警示层的颜色不同, 使轮胎的胶料层磨损后而 露出警示层, 以提示使用者更换轮胎, 更确保车辆行车安全。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其包括:
一胎体层;
一警示层, 其是设置于该胎体层的上方, 该警示层的材料包含一橡胶、 一色料与一含硅的抗磨剂; 以及
一胶料层, 其是设置于该胎体层下方与该警示层上方, 该胶料层与该 警示层的材料相同, 该胶料层与该警示层的颜色不同, 该胶料层与该警示 层为一体成形。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中该警示 层具有至少一胎纹。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中该胶料 层的厚度是小于该胎纹的深度。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中更包含 复数个金属线, 该金属线垂直穿设于该胎体层的两侧。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中更包含 复数个三角胶, 该三角胶垂直穿设于该胎体层的两侧, 该三角胶位于该金 属线的上方并与该金属线相连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中该胎体 层的材料包含人造丝与纲丝线, 该人造丝包含尼龙丝。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中该警示 层更包含一第一警示层与一第二警示层, 该第一警示层位于该第二警示层 的上方, 该第一警示层与该第二警示层的颜色不同。
8、 根据权利要求 8所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中该第一 警示层与该第二警示层的材料相同。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的具磨耗警示的轮胎, 其特征在于其中该第一 警示层的厚度小于该第二警示层的厚度。
