Abstract

본 발명은 형질전환 복제개의 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 개의 난자로부터 핵을 제거하여 탈핵 난자를 제조하고 상기 탈핵 난자에 목적 유전자로 형질전환시킨 세포를 이식하여 핵 이식란을 제조한 다음, 이를 대리모에 이식하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 목적 유전자가 도입된 복제개의 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 외래성 유전자의 성공적 도입에 의해 질환모델 동물의 대량 생산가능성을 확인하였으며, 이는 우량 품종의 번식, 이종이식, 질환 모델동물 등 수의학, 인류학 및 의학연구 분야에 유용하다.
