Abstract

 過熱器を通過する燃焼ガスの温度分布を均一化して腐食進行の偏りを改善するとともに、燃焼ガスに含まれるNOxレベルを低減できる舶用ボイラ構造を提供する。バーナ3の燃焼で発生した燃焼ガスが、火炉2から過熱器5及び蒸発管群6を通過して流れるように構成された舶用ボイラ構造において、火炉2の炉底部2aから燃焼用空気の一部をボトム空気として供給するボトム空気ポート20を設け、該ボトム空気ポート20がバーナ中心線CLより過熱器5側に位置するとともに、ボトム空気の吹出方向を鉛直上向きからバーナ方向へ傾斜する範囲に設定した。
