背景技术

上述激光装置设置在劈刀上, 在锯切工件时, 劈刀很 易产生晃动 , 因 而激光 出的光线会产生偏移, 工件加工时会产生很该工容大, 的误 , 无法保 证工件的加工质量。 而且如果护罩被误抬起, 激光有可能直接照射到操作者 的眼睛, 给操作者造成很大的伤害。 该上

公 专利 US 6 , 263 , 584揭示了一种台锯, 该台锯的锯片上可拆卸地 有激光装置, 激光装置发出的光线与设置在工作台的量角器配合来指示 锯片的倾斜角度, 之后将激光装置从锯片上拆下, 启动台锯, 将工件加工成 预定的倾角。
上述台锯在利用激光装置指示锯片的不同的倾斜角度时, 激光装置需要 多次安装和拆卸, 而且需要与量角器配合使用, 操作起来很不方便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的一个技术问题: 提供一种具有定位牢靠、 操作安全方便 的光学标示装置的台锯。 本发明要解决的一个技术问题: 提供一种设置有光学标示装置的台锯, 该光学标示装置可以比较准确地指示锯片的切割位置以及锯片的倾斜角度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案: 一种台式工具, 包括基座, 设置在基座上的工作台, 工作台上设置有槽, 锯片自所述槽伸出工作台, 在 所述工作台下方设置有光学标示装置, 所述光学标示装置包括至少一个发光 器, 所述发光器发出的光线与锯片所在的平面平行。
其中, 所述发光器以发光二极管为光源; 所述发光器以激光二极管为光 源; 所述光学标示装置包括固定座, 所述发光器设置在固定座上, 所述发光 器与电源电连接; 所述电源为电池。
所述光学标示装置与所述锯片联动。
所述工作台具有指示部, 所述发光器发出的光线投射到所述指示部, 形 成指示线, 指示锯片的切割位置; 所述指示部由透明或半透明材质制成;: 所 述锯片具有宽度, 所述指示线位于锯片的宽度范围内; 所述锯片具有宽度, 所述指示线位于锯片的宽度范围外, 宽度具有左边缘和右边缘, 所述指示线 可与左边缘或右边缘对齐。
所述基座上设置有刻度尺, 所述发光其发出的光线投射到所述刻度尺, 形成指示线, 指示锯片的倾斜角度; 所述刻度尺由透明或半透明材质制成; 所述刻度尺为弧形。

本技术方案的有益效果: 光学标示装置设置在工作台下, 光学标示装置 发出的光线投射到工作台的指示部形成指示线, 能较准确地指示锯片的切割 位置, 而且光线并不会照射到操作者的眼睛, 因而不会对操作者产生伤害, 操作起来比较安全。
光学标示装置与锯片联动, 当锯片倾斜时 , 光学标示装置与锯片同步倾 斜, 光学装置发出的光线投射到刻度尺, 指示锯片的倾斜角度。 该指示装置 固定牢靠, 指示不同的锯片倾斜角度时, 不需要反复拆装, 操作起来很方便 而且角度指示非常准确。

具体实施方式
本发明以台锯为较佳实施例。
参见图 1至图 5所示, 一种台锯 1, 包括基座 2, 连接在基座 2上的工作 台 3, 工作台 3上固定安装有护刀板 5, 护刀板 5上设置有槽 6, 由电机 7驱 动的圆形的锯片 9穿过槽 6。
工作台 3上设置有半透明的指示部 11, 指示部 11位于护刀板 5的前方。 指示部 11 可以由半透明的塑料材质制成, 也可以由其他任何半透明材质制 成。 工作台 3的上表面设置有导槽 13, 导槽 13用于安装平面角度器 15。
在基座 2上安装有刻度尺 17, 优选的, 刻度尺 17为弧形。 刻度尺 17 由 半透明的塑料材质制成, 也可以由其他任何半透明材质制成。
刻度尺 17具有标示部 171 以及非标示部 172。标示部 171 的背面印刷有 刻度线 18 以及刻度值 19。 标示部 171 除了印刷有刻度线 18的部分, 其他部 分均经过不透光处理, 因而光线只能透过刻度线 18 以及非标示部 172, 很清 楚地指示刻度。
调节机构 14设置在工作台 3的下方。 调节机构 14包括偏转座 22、 托架
24。
枢轴 20沿工作台 3的纵向固定安装在工作台 3下表面, 偏转座 22枢转 连接在枢轴 20上, 托架 24可转动地连接在偏转座 22上。
电机 7 固定安装在托架 24上, 锯片 9固定安装在电机输出轴 8上。 电机 7靠近锯片 9 的部分设置有轴套, 第一连接件 25枢轴连接在轴套上。
第一连接件 25也可以枢轴连接在电机输出轴 8上。
第二连接件 26为一长方形板体,一端通过销与第一连接件 25枢转连接, 另一端通过销与偏转座 22枢转连接。
第一连接件 25的一端弯折形成有一侧板 25 1,侧板 25 1上固接有劈刀 27。 劈刀 27为具有刃部 27 1 的片体, 刃部 27 1与锯片 9的边缘保持一定的距离。 劈刀 27上枢转连接有棘爪 30 以及护罩支臂 32。 通过第一连接件 25 以及第 二连接件 26, 劈刀 27、 棘爪 30 以及护罩支臂 32可以随锯片 9一起升降。
基座 2具有面板 4, 面板 4上设置有弧形的槽 1 2, 可转动地设置在偏转 座 22上的手轮轴 34 的外端穿过槽 12, 手轮轴 34 的外端上可拆卸地安装有 手轮 36, 手轮 36外露在面板 4外, 以方便操作。
光学标示装置 10固定安装在偏转座 22上。 根据本领域普通技术人员可 知, 光学标示装置 10也可以设置在托架 24上。
光学标示装置 10包括固定安装在偏转座 22上的固定座 10 1, 设置在固 定座 10 1 上的一个发光器 102, 发光器 102与电源 103 电连接。 电源 103上 设置有开关 104, 开关 104用于通断电源 103。 优选的, 电源 103为电池。 根 据本领域技术人员可知, 电源 103也可以为永磁式发电机, 也可以是变压器。 根据本领域的普通技术人员可知, 光学标示装置 10还包括调整件, 用于调整 发光器 102, 以及发光器 102 发出的光线的角度, 也可以调整光线与锯片 9 所在平面平行。 此处不再赘述。
发光器 102可以选择以发光二极管为光源。 发光器 102也可以选择以激 光二极管为光源, 以激光二极管为光源的发光器 102能量更集中, 发出的光 线更清楚。
发光二极管可以是单色、 双色、 RGB 全色发光二极管中的一种, 其中双 色、 RGB 全色发光二极管与其控制电路共同构成发光器。 为了使发出的光线 更清楚, 可选择与指示部 1 1和刻度尺 Π的颜色对比度大的色彩, 如白色、 蓝色或红色等, 即发光器 102可以选择相应色彩的发光二极管发出相应单色 光。 如选择双色发光二极管, 则可通过控制电路使其根据需要发出不同的单 色光。 如选择 RGB全色发光二极管, 通过控制电路不但可以使其根据需要发 出不同的 1?、 G、 B三原色单色光, 而且还可由 R、 G、 B三原色的控制发出任 何色彩的光线。 发光二极管对人眼无剌激, 更安全, 成本也低。 发光器 102还可以以发光二极管为光源,经透镜组变换产生平面的光线。 这种结构可以使发光二极管的光能更集中, 光线更清晰。
发光器 102发出的光线与锯片 9所在的平面平行。光学标示装置 10与锯 片 9联动, 即光学标示装置 10与锯片 9 同时偏转。
启动开关 104接通电源 103, 发光器 102便发出光线, 光线的一部分投 射到工作台 3 的指示部 1 1, 形成指示线 105 a, 指示线 105a用于指示锯片 9 的切割位置, 光线的一部分投射到刻度尺 1 7, 形成指示线 105b, 指示线 105b 用于指示锯片 9的倾斜角度。
由于指示部 1 1 以及刻度尺 17均由半透明材质制成, 光线可以投射到指 示部 1 1 以及刻度尺 17形成非常清晰的指示线 105 a, 105b ,而不会产生泄露, 因而光线不会照射到操作者的眼睛, 不会对操作者造成任何伤害。
锯片 9具有宽度 ^ 宽度 W具有左边缘和右边缘。
参见图 6 所示, 指示线 105a位于锯片 9 的宽度 W范围内, 并与宽度 W 的左边缘对齐。 参见图 7所示, 指示线 105 a位于锯片 9的宽度 W范围内, 并 与宽度 W的右边缘对齐。
参见图 8 所示, 指示线 105a位于锯片 9 的宽度 W范围外, 并与宽度 W 的左边缘对齐。 参见图 9所示, 指示线 105 a位于锯片 9的宽度 W范围外, 并 与宽度 W的右边缘对齐。
根据本领域技术人员可知,指示线 105 a也可以与锯片 9的中心平面对齐, 也可以与锯片 9宽度 W范围内的任何位置对齐。
由于发光器 102发出的部分光线投射到刻度尺 17 形成指示线 105b, 因 而, 优选的, 指示线 105 a、 105b的宽度与刻度线 18的宽度相同。
针对不同的指示线 105 a与锯片 9的对齐位置, 刻度尺 1 7的安装位置也 会有所调整。所以, 刻度尺 17可以设置成沿面板 4滑动, 并针对指示线 105 a 与锯片 9 的不同的对齐位置设置有不同的安装位置指示结构, 比如在面板 4 上针对不同安装位置均设置有凹部, 刻度尺 1 7上设置有与凹部啮合的凸部, 也可以采用业界熟知的其他配合方式, 此处不再赘述。
优选的, 刻度尺 1 7设置成固定安装在面板 4上, 指示线 105 a与锯片 9 的对齐方式选择图 6至图 7所示的对齐方式的一种以方便操作者的操作。
根据本领域普通技术人员可知, 发光器 102可以通过透镜组变换产生两 束平行的光线, 该两束光线与锯片 9所在的平面平行, 一束光线部分投射到 指示部 11 形成第一指示线, 与锯片 9 的宽度 W 的右边缘对齐, 指示锯片 9 的切割位置,部分投射到刻度尺 17形成第二指示线,指示锯片 9的倾斜角度; 另一束光线投射到指示部 11形成第三指示线,与锯片 9的宽度 W的左边缘对 齐, 指示锯片 9的切割位置。
参见图 11至图 14所示,本发明光学标示装置 10也可以包括两个发光器 102A, 102B,两个发光器 102A, 102B发出的光线均与锯片 9所在的平面平行。
参见图 11, 图 12所示, 当两个发光器 102A, 102B发出的光线处于共面 状态时, 第一发光器 102A发出的光线投射到指示部 11形成指示线第一指示 线 1051, 指示锯片 9 的切割位置, 第二发光器 102B发出的光线投射到刻度 尺 17形成第二指示线 1052,指示锯片 9的倾斜角度。两个发光器 102A, 102B 发出的光线也可以同时将一部分投射到指示部 11 上, 一部分投射到刻度尺 17上。
参见图 13, 图 14所示, 当两个发光器 102A和 102B发出的光线处于非 共面状态时, 第一发光器 102A发出的光线部分投射到指示部 11形成第一指 示线 1051,第一指示线 1051与锯片 9宽度 W的右边缘对齐,第一发光器 102A 发出的光线部分投射到刻度尺 17形成第二指示线 1052, 指示锯片 9 的倾斜 角度, 第二发光器 102B发出的光线投射到指示部 11形成第三指示线 1053, 该指示线 1053与锯片 9的宽度 W的左边缘对齐。
光学标示装置 10也可以包括更多的发光器。 此处不再赘述。
参见图 1至图 9所示, 在横向锯切工件的工作状态下, 启动开关 104接 通电源 103, 发光器 102便发出光线, 推动手轮 36, 带动调节机构 14绕枢轴 20摆动, 调节机构 14的摆动带动电机 7、 锯片 9、 劈刀 27、 棘爪 30 以及护 罩支臂 32 同时同方向摆动, 即光学标示装置 10与锯片 9联动, 直至指示线 105b指向刻度尺 17 的 0度刻度线, 参见图 1所示, 此时, 锯片 9 的倾斜角 度为 0度, 即锯片 9所在的平面与工作台 3所在的平面的夹角为 90度, 指示 线 105a位于第一位置。
用锁定扳手 40将该调节机构相对于工作台 3锁定, 在锯切工件时, 操作 者将待加工工件放置在工作台 3上并用平面角度器 15进行导向,进一步参见 图 10 所示, 用铅笔在待加工工件上标出标线 Ll, 确定需要锯切的位置, 推 动平面角度器 15, 使得标线 L1与指示线 105a对齐, 此时, 锯片 9也与标线 L1对齐, 启动台锯 1, 推动平面角度器 15从而推动待加工工件沿朝向锯片 9 的方向运动, 将待加工工件锯切成预定的斜角, 之后便可启动开关 104, 切 断电源 103。
当需要将待加工工件锯切成倾角为 20度时,操作者需要由图 1所示的位 置沿 B所示的方向推动手轮 36, 带动调节机构 14绕枢轴 20摆动, 直至指示 线 105b指向刻度尺 17的 20度刻度线, 参见图 2所示, 指示线 105a偏移到 第二位置。 此时, 锯片 9的倾斜角度为 20度, 即锯片 9所在的平面与工作台 3所在的平面的夹角为 70度。
用锁定扳手 40将调节机构 14相对于工作台 3锁定, 锯切工件时, 操作 者将待加工工件放置在工作台 3上并用平面角度器 15进行导向,用铅笔在待 加工工件上标出标线, 确定需要锯切的位置, 推动平面角度器 15, 使得标线 与指示线 105a对齐, 此时, 锯片 9也与标线对齐, 便可以启动台锯 1, 推动 平面角度器 15从而推动待加工工件沿朝向锯片 9 的方向运动,将待加工工件 锯切成预定的倾角, 之后便可启动开关 104, 切断电源 103。
利用平面角度器 15 以及光学标示装置 10, 操作者可以将待加工工件锯 切成预定的倾角以及斜角, 操作非常方便。
由于光学标示装置 10固定安装在偏转座 22上, 可以随调节机构 14、 以 及电机 7、 锯片 9的摆动而摆动, 光学标示装置 10发出的光线可以始终与锯 片 9所在的平面平行, 对锯切方向以及锯片倾斜角度的指示非常准确, 而且 观测刻度值很方便, 不会像普通的刻度指示那样产生视觉误差, 提高了工件 的加工质量, 避免了浪费。
由于在不断变换工件锯切角度时, 光学标示装置 10不需要被反复拆装, 操作者使用起来非常方便, 大大提高了工作效率。
在纵向锯切工件时, 操作者利用护栏以及光学标示装置 10, 同样可以很 方便地将待加工工件锯切成预定的倾角。

Claims

权利要求:
I、 一种台式工具, 包括基座 (2), 设置在基座 (2) 上的工作台 (3), 工作 台 (3) 上设置有槽 (6), 锯片 (9) 自所述槽 (6) 伸出工作台 (3), 其 特征在于: 在所述工作台 (3) 下方设置有光学标示装置 ( 10), 所述光 学标示装置 ( 10) 包括至少一个发光器 ( 102;102A, 102B), 所述发光器
( 102; 102A, 102B) 发出的光线与锯片 (9) 所在的平面平行。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述发光器
( 102; 102A, 102B) 以发光二极管为光源。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述 的 台式工具 , 其特征在于 : 所述发光器
( 102; 102A, 102B) 以激光二极管为光源。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述光学标示装置 ( 10) 包括固定座 ( 101), 所述发光器 ( 102; 102A, 102B) 设置在固定座 ( 101) 上, 所述发光器 ( 102; 102A, 102B) 与电源 ( 103) 电连接。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述电源 ( 103) 为电池。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述光学标示装置 ( 10) 与所述锯片 (9) 联动。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述工作台 (3) 具有指 示部 ( 11), 所述发光器 ( 102) 发出的光线投射到所述指示部 ( 11), 形 成指示线 ( 105a), 指示锯片 (9) 的切割位置。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述指示部 ( 11) 由透 明或半透明材质制成。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述锯片 (9) 具有宽度
(W), 所述指示线 ( 105a) 位于锯片 (9) 的宽度范围内。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述锯片 (9) 具有宽 度 (W), 所述指示线 ( 105a) 位于锯片 (9) 的宽度范围外, 宽度 (W) 具有左边缘和右边缘, 所述指示线 ( 105a) 可与左边缘或右边缘对齐。
II、 根据权利要求 1所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述基座 (2) 上设置 有刻度尺 ( 17), 所述发光器 ( 102)发出的光线投射到所述刻度尺 ( 17), 形成指示线 ( 105b), 指示锯片 (9) 的倾斜角度。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的台式工具, 其特征在于: 所述刻度尺 ( 17) 由透 明或半透明材质制成。
