Abstract

　加湿装置１６は、被加湿ガスが内部を流通する中空糸モジュール４２と、中空糸モジュール４２を収容する筒状のケース３０とを備えている。ケース３０には、流路３０ｈに加湿ガスを導入するための導入口３２が一端側の周面に形成され、流路３０ｈから加湿ガスを排出するための排出口が他端側の周面に形成されている。ケース３０は湾曲部分３７を含み、その湾曲部分３７に沿う形状に中空糸モジュール４２が湾曲している。
