Abstract

 加湿装置16は、被加湿ガスが内部を流通する中空糸モジュール42と、中空糸モジュール42を収容する筒状のケース30とを備えている。ケース30には、流路30hに加湿ガスを導入するための導入口32が一端側の周面に形成され、流路30hから加湿ガスを排出するための排出口が他端側の周面に形成されている。ケース30は湾曲部分37を含み、その湾曲部分37に沿う形状に中空糸モジュール42が湾曲している。
