Definitions
- the present invention relates to a vehicle seat with a backrest, wherein the backrest has a user contact surface and a structural part.
- the present invention relates to the center seat of a row of seats, in particular a multi-part rear seat.
- the object is achieved with a vehicle seat with a backrest, wherein the backrest has a user contact surface and a structural part, wherein the user contact surface at least partially relative to the structural part in a first and a use position corresponding position and in a second and a stowed position corresponding position is adjustable.
- the object is achieved with a vehicle seat with a backrest, wherein the backrest has a user contact surface and a structural part, wherein the backrest has a first portion and a second portion, wherein a first partial area corresponds to the first portion associated with the area of the user contact surface and wherein a second partial surface corresponds to the region of the user abutment surface assigned to the second partial part, wherein the second partial surface is provided in the second position with respect to the second partial surface in the first position in a direction substantially perpendicular to the second partial surface.
- the vehicle seat according to the invention is simple and inexpensive to manufacture and has very compact dimensions in its stowed position.
- the transfer of the vehicle seat according to the invention from the use in the stowed position and vice versa can be carried out by the user easily and with little effort.
- the seat according to the invention it is provided that at least a portion of the backrest is provided variable in thickness.
- at least one preferably lower portion of the backrest of a front element anda rear element which are connected to each other via an adjustment mechanism, in particular using at least one four-bar linkage.
- the adjustment mechanism preferably using springs, in a widened position, so that the portion of the backrest has a relatively large thickness.
- the said front element of the backrest is preferably provided with a seat cover and / or a padding, while the rear element can be formed without padding.
- the vehicle seat according to the invention is particularly suitable for being realized with a vehicle seat disclosed in the publication DE 10 2007 055 082 or for being integrated into such a vehicle seat. Reference is expressly made to this document and its disclosure - in particular with regard to all measures and features for realizing a shortening of the backrest during the folding of the backrest - is hereby incorporated by reference into the disclosure of the present invention.
- the first partial surface is displaced in the second position relative to the first partial surface in the first position in a direction substantially parallel to the first partial surface.
- the displacement of the first partial surface is not provided until the displacement of the second partial surface into the second position has already been substantially completely completed, i. when the second partial surface is provided displaced in a direction substantially perpendicular to the second partial surface (with respect to its first position).
- the displacement of the second partial surface is provided by means of an adjusting mechanism, in particular by the Pivoting a four-bar link between the second section and the structural part, or that for controlling the displacement of the second partial surface, a driver is provided or that the driver has a link and in particular is operatively connected to the four-bar linkage.
- an adjusting mechanism in particular by the Pivoting a four-bar link between the second section and the structural part, or that for controlling the displacement of the second partial surface, a driver is provided or that the driver has a link and in particular is operatively connected to the four-bar linkage.
- the first partial area and the second partial area each have a visible side, wherein the visible sides are provided independently of one another, in particular have no common reference.
- the space reduction according to the invention is not accompanied by an unsightly wrinkling of a (at least partially continuous or one-piece) reference, which is applied to both the first portion of the backrest and on the second portion of the backrest.
- the vehicle seat has a seat part, wherein the backrest is pivotally provided with respect to the seat part, wherein in a folded towards the seat part position (storage position) of the backrest both the second partial surface is set in the second position is provided as Also provided is the first sub-area set in the second position.
- Figures 1 to 4 show schematically and in perspective respectively a first and a second portion of a backrest for a vehicle seat according to the invention.
- Figures 5 and 6 show schematically the second portion of the backrest for a vehicle seat according to the invention in two different positions.
- FIG. 7 shows schematically a detailed representation for positional adjustment of the second section.
- Figures 8 to 12 show schematically and in side view different adjustment positions of the backrest of the vehicle seat according to the invention.
- Figures 1 and 3 show the upper portion 1 and the first portion 1 of a backrest for a vehicle seat according to the invention.
- the first section is formed, for example, as a front padded and downwardly open hollow body.
- Figures 2 and 4 show the lower portion 2 and the second portion 2 of the backrest for the vehicle seat according to the invention.
- the lower (or second) section 2 consists of a front, padded, shell-like element 3 and a rear, hard, shell-like element 4, which are adjustably connected to one another via an adjusting mechanism 5.
- the backrest 25 of the vehicle seat 20 according to the invention on a user contact surface 26 (or contact surface of the back of a user) on.
- the vehicle seat 20 has a structural part 27 (drawn in the lower part of FIG. 2 only with a dashed line).
- the user contact surface 26 in the region of the first part 1 is referred to as the first part surface 21
- the user contact surface 26 in the region of the second part 2 is referred to as the second part surface 22.
- the second partial surface 22 is displaced or displaced substantially perpendicular to the extension of the second partial surface 22 and that for taking the stowed position, the first partial surface 21 is substantially parallel to the extension of the first partial surface 22 is moved (for example, by moving the first section 1 over the reduced in its thickness second section 2.
- the front shell-like element 3 of the second section 2 has on its front side, the second part surface 22.
- the rear, in particular shell-like element 4 of the second section 2 is in particular part of Structural part 27 of the backrest 25th
- the adjusting mechanism 5 comprises two four joints 6, 6 ", by means of which the thickness of the part 2 can be reduced from a (greater) thickness D to a (smaller) thickness d are thereby controlled by a driver 7 such that the thickness D of the section 2 between a rear comfort position ( Figure 8) on the design position ( Figure 9) to a slightly forward inclined position ( Figure 10, 11) remains unchanged
- Driver 7 rotates meanwhile, fixed to the four joints 6, 6 ', freely in the joint 8 of the backrest.
- the lower section 2 slims down to the thickness d, so that the upper section 1 can be pulled over the lower section 2 in the direction of the arrow A.
- the slimming or thickness reduction of the second or lower portion 2 is achieved in that the driver 7 assumes its front pivot end position and rotates when further folding the backrest 9 relative to the four-bar linkages 6, 6 'to the rear. This shift is transmitted through a link 10 in the driver 7 and an engaging in this pin 11 on the four-bar linkages 6, 6 '.
- first portion 1 and the second portion 2 can be provided independently by means of a reference, so that the shortening of the length of the backrest 25 without unsightly pleats or the like unaesthetic phenomena is possible.
