Abstract

Die Tür-Arretierungsvorrichtung insbesondere für Isolierglastüren von Kühlräumen und Kühlmöbel bzw. Kühlschränke (1/2) nutzt die vorgegebenen Türsysteme, die an der unteren scharnierartigen Anbringung an der Tür eine Platte (3) und auf dem Türrahmen ebenfalls eine Platte aufweisen. Auf die Platte des Rahmens wird eine weitere Platte (5) aufgebracht, die exakt auf diese passt, die in einer zylindrischen Ausformung (6) eine Kugel aufweist (7), auf der die Platte der Tür (3) im geschlossenen Zustand aufliegt, und im geöffneten Zustand die Tür arretiert, wobei die Kugel (7) sich in einem Schmiermittelreservoir (8) befindet.

Description

Beschreibung:
Tür-Arretierungsvorrichtung insbesondere für Isolierglastüren von Kühlräumen und Kühlmöbel bzw. Kühlschränke.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Türoffenhalte- bzw. Arretierungsvorrichtung, die zum Beispiel für Kühlräume und Kühlmöbel bzw. Kühlschränke eingesetzt wird. Es geht hier darum, dass die Tür, zum Beispiel einer Kühlzelle, zum Entnehmen und Befüllen von Ware an einem vorgegebenen Öffnungswinkel ohne weitere Bedienungsvorgänge wie zum Beispiel das Einsetzen eines Hakens oder einer Feder, arretiert werden kann, so dass ein behinderungsfreier Zugang in die Kühlzelle gewährleistet ist.
Bei bisher bekannten Systemen wird eine gabelartige Vorrichtung im oberen Scharnier zwischen Tür und Türrahmen angebracht, durch die ein Stift auf der Tür geführt wird, bis dieser in einer Auskerbung der gabelartigen Vorrichtung arretiert. Diese Systeme unterliegen einer starken Reibung mit der Folge einer geringen Lebensdauer. Zudem kann dieses System nicht nachgerüstet werden, da an herkömmlichen Isolierglastüren und Rahmen keine Vorrichtungen zum Anbringen der Bauteile vorhanden sind. Zudem benötigt diese Lösung Raum in der oberen Horizontalen zwischen Tür und Rahmen, der dort meist nicht vorhanden ist. Diese Lösungen funktionieren nur hakelig und sind aufwendig herzustellen
Andere Lösungen (EP 0 111 019) setzen in das untere Türrahmenscharnier eine Feder ein, die durch ihre Form an vorhandenen Bauteilen wie Türscharnierplatten angepasst ist, so dass die Tür durch die Feder im geöffneten Zustand arretiert wird. Auch hier entsteht beim Öffnungs- und Schließvorgang der Tür starke Reibung zwischen der Feder und der Platte, so dass es zu Materialermüdung der Feder, starkem Verschleiß bis zur Zerstörung der Feder kommt. Problematisch bei diesen Lösungen sind sowohl eine unkomfortable Haptik beim Arretieren als auch die damit einhergehende starke Geräuschentwicklung.
Der im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine Tür- Arretierungsvorrichtung zu schaffen, die weitestgehend verschleißfrei arbeitet und eine lange Lebensdauer gewährleistet. Zudem soll die Erfindung ohne weiteren technischen Aufwand an bereits existierenden Türen und Rahmen einsetzbar sein, geräuschlos arbeiten und dem Bediener die Haptik einer Oberklasseautotür vermitteln.
Diese Probleme werden durch die im Patentanspruch 1 aufgeführten Merkmale gelöst.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielten Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, dass in den vorhandenen Türrahmen (2) und Türen (1) lediglich die zusätzliche Platte (5) mit der darin befindlichen Kugel (7) eingesetzt werden muss. Hierbei wird die Tatsache ausgenutzt, dass zum Beispiel marktübliche Kühlzellentüren und - rahmen stets die im Patentanspruch 1 aufgeführten Schamierplatten (3/4)
ERSATZBLATT (REGEL 26) l aufweisen, mit dem Vorteil, dass die Platten in die gängigen Systeme einzufügen sind bzw. nachrüstbar sind. Der geringfügige Raum für die Platte ist bereits vorhanden, da sämtliche marktüblichen Türen und Rahmen genügend Raum nach oben aufweisen, so dass am unteren Scharnier die Platte mit der Kugel eingesetzt werden kann, ohne dass am oberen Rahmen zusätzlicher Raum geschafft werden muss.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung ergibt sich aus den Patenansprüchen 2 und 3. Die Tür liegt mit der Platte (3) im geschlossenen Zustand auf der Kugel (7) auf, beim Öffnen der Tür läuft die Platte der Tür über die Kugel und beim Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Öffnungswinkels der Tür, bevorzugt 90°, endet die Scharnierplatte der Tür, so dass sich die Tür geringfügig absenkt und im geöffneten Zustand von der Kugel und der Scharnierplatte der Tür arretiert wird (Fig. 3.) (Fig. 5.).
Beim Schließen wird die Tür über einen leichten Widerstand, der durch das Aufeinandertreffen von der Scharnierplatte (3) der Tür mit der Kugel (7) hervorgerufen wird, gedrückt und rollt sodann auf der Kugel nahezu widerstandfrei in den geschlossenen Zustand (Fig. 6.).
Die Verwendung der Kugel (7) in Anspruch 3 gewährleistet die beabsichtigte komfortable und hochwertige Haptik und einen nahezu verschleißfreien Betrieb mit fast unbegrenzter Lebensdauer.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung findet sich in Anspruch 4, da die zylindrische Bohrung nicht nur das Lager der Kugel darstellt, sondern zudem als Schmiermittelreservoir nutzbar ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel ist in den Fig. 1. - 6. dargestellt und wird wie folgt näher beschrieben:

Claims

Tür-Arretierungsvorrichtung insbesondere für Isolierglastüren von Kühlräumen und Kühlmöbel bzw. Kühlschränke.Patentansprüche:
1. Tür-Arretieruπgsvorrichtung für eine Tür (1), die in einem Türrahmen (2) auf der einen Seite oben und unten im Rahmen angebracht ist und sich scharnierartig zwischen geschlossener und geöffneter Position bewegen lässt, wobei die Tür an der unteren scharnierartigen Anbringung eine Vorrichtung mit einer Platte (3) aufweist, die an der Tür unten befestigt ist und mit dieser bewegbar ist, wobei der Türrahmen auch eine Platte (4) aufweist, die sich direkt unter der Platte der Tür befestigt befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Platte des Türrahmens eine weitere Platte (5) aufgesteckt wird, die solche Bohrungen aufweist, so dass diese Bohrungen auf die Stifte der Platte des Türrahmens exakt einpassen und nicht mit der Tür mitbewegt wird.
2. Tür-Arretierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (5) die auf der Platte des Türrahmens (4) aufgesteckt ist eine weitere, nicht durchgebohrte zylindrische Bohrung (6) aufweist, die sich im geschlossenen Zustand der Tür unter der Platte der Tür (3) befindet.
3. Tür-Arretierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine exakt passende Stahlkugel (7) in die nicht durchgebohrte zylindrische Bohrung (6) der Platte (5) die auf der Platte des Türrahmens (4) aufgesteckt ist eingelagert ist, auf der die Platte der Tür aufliegt.
4. Tür-Arretierungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwischen Kugel und zylindrischer Bohrung ein Zwischenraum (8) befindet, in dem Schmiermittel eingebracht wird.
