Abstract

L'invention concerne un écran plasma à masque perforé comprenant un panneau avant (9), un panneau arrière (10) et un masque perforé (11) intercalé entre lesdits panneaux (9) et (10). Le panneau avant (9) comprend un substrat en verre frontal (1), un groupe électrode (2), une couche diélectrique (3) et un film protecteur (4). Le panneau arrière (10) comprend un substrat en verre arrière (5), un groupe électrode (6), une couche diélectrique (7) et un film de protecteur (8). Le masque perforé (11) est constitué par une mince plaque de métal avec un ensemble de microtrous (12), une couche fluorescente étant appliquée sur la paroi intérieure des microtrous (12) par sérigraphie. L'ouverture du masque (16) pour sérigraphie présente un motif annulaire ou annulaire cruciforme avec côtés concaves. Le masque perforé (11) est maintenu par la force magnétique et la dépression. La suspension fluorescente comprend 40~50% de poudre fluorescente, 3~6% de résine organique, 45~55% de solvant organique et 0,5~3% de nanopoudre.
