Abstract

 インターコネクタ(20)は、一方向に延在する延在部(21)と、光電変換素子(1)のセル基板(11)に形成されたn電極(8)またはp電極(9)に固定されて、これらの電極(8,9)に接続される接続部(22)とを備えている。接続部(22)は、延在部(21)から一方向とほぼ直交する方向に突出して櫛状に形成されている。延在部(21)は、セル基板(11)には接触するものの、固定されていない。延在部(21)をセル基板(11)に固定させないことで、熱収縮に伴うストレスを解放させることができ、また、光電変換素子(1)に形成されるn電極(8)とp電極(9)の配置の自由度を高めることができる。
