Abstract

　容量を変更せず、放熱効率を高めて、耐電力性の高いフィルタ、それを用いたデュープレクサおよびそのデュープレクサを用いた通信機を提供する。圧電基板（１１）と、圧電基板（１１）上に形成された共振部と、圧電基板（１１）上の共振部の両端に形成された反射器とを有する共振器（Ｓ１、Ｓ２、Ｓ３、Ｐ１、Ｐ２、Ｐ３）と、圧電基板（１１）上に形成されたバンプ（１２～１７）とを備える。共振器（Ｓ１、Ｓ２、Ｓ３、Ｐ１、Ｐ２、Ｐ３）は、２つ以上の分割共振器（Ｓ１１、Ｓ１２）が並列に接続されて構成されており、分割共振器（Ｓ１１、Ｓ１２）の反射器に挟まれた領域にバンプ（１２）が形成される。
