Abstract

 本発明は、軟磁性複合圧密焼成材に関する。これは、Mg含有酸化物被覆軟磁性粒子と、シリコーンレジン、低融点ガラス、金属酸化物の少なくとも1種とを混合して圧密し、非酸化性雰囲気において焼成処理して軟磁性複合圧密焼成材の前駆体とした後、酸化性雰囲気において熱処理して焼成体としたものである。
