Abstract

 酸化物超電導体を構成する元素を含む溶液から溶媒を除去して固体粉末を生成する工程と、固体粉末を高温炉内に飛散させて、酸化物超電導体を構成する元素の酸化物を生成する工程を備えることにより、酸化物超電導体を構成する元素を均一に存在させることができ、かつ量産可能な、酸化物超電導体原料粉末の製造方法を提供する。
