Abstract

Eine Presseurwalze (6) umfasst einen eine Lagerwelle (79) aufweisenden Walzenkern (71) und einen darauf aufgeschobenen, abnehmbaren Sleeve (63). Der Walzenkern (71) umfasst eine elektrische Kontaktstelle in Form eines doppelt gekröpften Metallrings (100) und als Stromzuführung eine nicht rotierende Bürste (102). Ein leitender Bereich (631) des aufgeschobenen Sleeves (63) liegt an der elektrischen Kontaktstelle (100) an. Die elektrische Kontaktstelle (100) und die Stromzuführung (102) sind vom die Lagerwelle (79) aufweisenden Rest des Walzenkerns (71) elektrisch isoliert, so dass der Rest des Walzenkerns (71) im Betrieb nicht aufgeladen wird. Dadurch brauchen die Lager (12) der Presseurwalze (6) nicht aufwändig elektrisch isoliert zu werden.
