Furthermore, the plug inserting portion (H) also serves to allow the vessel 2 to be sealed in a multiple manner, after the movable portion 24 of the plug 20 has moved into the vessel 2.
  • the closure of the vessel may further comprise a protection cover 60 detachably covering the outside of the plug 20.
  • the protection cover 60 may serve to prevent the plug 20 from being unintentionally pressed. Furthermore, as the plug 20 is protected in a clean state, the protection cover 60 may prevent external materials from being introduced into the vessel 2.
  • the protection cover 60 may be provided with one or more protection cover protrusions 62 closely contacted to the plug 20, such that a covered state of the plus 20 by the protection cover 60 is maintained.
  • the body portion 12 is in a state fitted into the inlet 2A of the vessel 2 in a state that the body part 12A and the skirt part 12B are coupled to each other.
  • the body supporting portion 14 is in a state inserted into the vessel 2 together with the cutting portion 40 and the expansion portion 50.
  • the supporting portion 22 of the plug 20 is in a state fitted into the body 10
  • the supporting portion 22 and the movable portion 24 are in a state coupled to each other
  • the movable portion 24 is in a state protruding from the vessel 2.
  • the movable portion 24 maintains the cutting limitation gap (Gl) from the cutting portion 40.
  • the protection cover 60 is covered outside the plug 20.
  • the vessel 2 may be sealed in a state that the contents (P) to be poured into the vessel 2 are stored in the closure of the vessel.
  • the movable portion 24 moves by a distance more than the cutting limitation gap (Gl), and the cutting portion 40 is inserted into the inner space (S) by penetrating the sealing member 30, thereby cutting the sealing member 30. Accordingly, the inner space (S) is opened, and the contents (P) stored at the inner space (S) are discharged from the inner space (S) to be poured into the vessel 2 through the pouring hole 14B.
  • the expansion portion 50 By the expansion portion 50, the inner space (S) is wholly opened, and the sealing member 30 is completely folded toward inside of the inner space (S) to be closely contacted to the wall surface of the inner space (S). This may allow the contents (P) to be entirely and rapidly poured into the vessel 2.
  • the body part 12A of the body 10 is separated from the skirt part 12B. And, the body 10 is rotated to be moved to an upper side of the inlet 2A of the vessel. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 6, the closure of the vessel may be entirely separated from the vessel 2 except for the skirt part 12B, and the inlet 2A of the vessel 2 may be opened.
  • the contents (P) may be stored at the inner space (S) of the inner space (S) by being contained in a pack or an additional member.
  • a closure of a vessel according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to FIGS. 10 to 14.
  • the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except for a coupling method between the body and the vessel, and a structure of the plug.
  • the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment will be given to the second embodiment, and only the differences from the first embodiment will be explained.
  • the body 10, more concretely the body portion 12 may be coupled to the vessel 2 in a coupling manner using screws, or in a snap manner.
  • a pack 130 containing the contents (P) to be poured into the vessel 2 and cuttable by the cutting portion 40 may be inserted into the inner space (S) of the plug 20.
  • the pack 130 may be provided with an accommodation space (Sl) having an opened lower side and storing the contents (P) therein.
  • the pack 130 may be formed to have a shape similar to that of the inner space (S).
  • the pack 130 may include a pack member 132 having the accommodation space (Sl), and a sealing member 30 cut by the cutting portion 40 and sealing the accommodation space (Sl) of the pack member 132.
  • the accommodation space (Sl) is opened toward the cutting portion 40, and the sealing member 30 is hermetically coupled to the pack member 132 so as to seal the opened part of the accommodation space (Sl) toward the cutting portion 40.
  • the sealing member 30 may be extending from the edge thereof to be coupled to the plug 20.
  • the pack 130 may be inserted into the inner space (S) of the plug 20 with a predetermined gap, thereby safely protecting the contents (P) from drastic temperature changes, moisture, impact, etc.
  • the predetermined gap between the pack 130 and an inner wall of the plug 20 may be maintained by a protrusion 142 protruding from an outer surface of the pack member 132, or an inner surface of the plug 20.
  • the pack member 132 may be formed of various materials such as vinyl or paper, and may be implemented in the form of a bag containing the contents (P).
  • the closure of the vessel may further comprise a position determination portion 150 for determining a stopping position of the pack 130 being inserted into the inner space (S).
  • the position determination portion 150 may be formed in any structures, and may be implemented as a position determination protrusion formed at the end of the inner space (S) for locking the pack 130.
  • the closure of the vessel according to the second embodiment may have the same operation as that according to the first embodiment, except that the contents (P) are stored with a state kept in the pack 130, and are protected in a multiple manner by the predetermined gap between the pack 130 and the inner wall of the plug 20.
  • the third embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except for the plug and the protection cover.
  • the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment will be given to the third embodiment, and only the differences from the first embodiment will be explained.
  • the closure of the vessel according to the third embodiment comprises a body 10, a plug 220, a sealing member 30, and a cutting portion 40.
  • the body 10 may be provided with a skirt part. However, the body 10 may not be provided with the skirt part.
  • the plug 220 may be formed such that an inner space (S) thereof is opened toward the cutting portion 40. And, the plug 220 may be composed of only a movable portion 224 directly coupled to the body 10 so as to be movable.
  • At at least one of the movable portion 224 of the plug 220 and the body 10, may be formed an interference protrusion 300 such that the movable portion 224 of the plug 220 locked by the body 10 with interference is movable when receiving an external force.
  • a protrusion 302 of the interference protrusion 300 is inserted into a groove 304. Accordingly, the movable portion 224 of the plug 220 may be restricted by the body 10 due to the interference protrusion 300. This may allow the sealing member 30 and the cutting portion 40 to be spacing from each other, thereby maintaining a sealed state of the inner space (S) of the plug 220.
  • the protrusion 302 of the interference protrusion 300 is detached from the groove 304 by the pressing force. This may allow the restricted state of the plug 220 to be released, and the contents (P) to be poured into the vessel 2 as the plug 220 moves.
  • the interference protrusion 300 may include a protrusion 302 protruding from an outer circumferential surface of the movable portion 224 of the plug 220, and a groove 304 formed on an inner circumferential surface of the body 10 for inserting the protrusion 302 therein.
  • the groove 304 may be formed at the movable portion 224 of the plug 220, and the protrusion 302 may be formed at the body 10.
  • the protrusion 302 may be formed at both the movable portion 224 of the plug 220 and the body 10.
  • the interference protrusion 300 may have various structures without limitation to the above embodiments.
  • the closure of the vessel may further comprise a protection cover 260 detachably covering the outside of the plug 220, or the outside of the plug 220 and the body 10.
  • At at least one of the protection cover 260, the body 210, and the plug 220, may be formed a closure interference protrusion 310 such that the protection cover 260 is prevented from being separated.
  • the closure interference protrusion 310 may be preferably formed at the protection cover 260 to cause interference with the body 10 like in the preferred embodiment.
  • the protection cover 260 may be formed such that at least a part thereof corresponding to the closure interference protrusion 310 is cut out, so as to be easily separated.
  • the protection cover 260 may be provided with at least one pair of cutting lines 262 along a circumferential direction thereof such that only a part of the circumference thereof can be cut. As indicated by the dotted lines in FIGS. 15 and 16, a cutout portion 260A of the protection cover 260 cut by the cutting lines 262 may maintain a state connected to the other portion 260B of the protection cover 260. As another embodiment, the cutout portion 260A of the protection cover 260 may be completely detached from the other portion 260B of the supplementary closure 260.
  • the protection cover 260 may further include a handgrip 260C extending from the cutout portion 260A so that the cutout portion 260A thereof can be more easily cut out.
  • the cutout portion 260A of the protection cover 260 may be cut out in the snap manner of the body 110 of the second embodiment.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une fermeture de récipient, montée sur l'orifice d'entrée du récipient et destinée à obturer l'orifice d'entrée du récipient. La fermeture de récipient comprend: un corps monté sur l'orifice d'entrée d'un récipient; un bouchon mobile placé sur l'orifice d'entrée du récipient, ce dernier présentant un espace intérieur servant à stocker les contenus à couler dans le récipient; un élément d'étanchéité, destiné à rendre étanche l'espace intérieur du bouchon; et une ou plusieurs parties de coupe couplées au corps permettant la coupe de l'élément d'étanchéité, lorsque le bouchon est retiré.
