Abstract

 本発明に係る電源装置は、パルス幅変調信号によりスイッチング制御されることで、入力信号に基づいて矩形波状のスイッチ電圧を出力する出力トランジスタと、所定の基準電圧を生成する基準電圧生成回路と、前記スイッチ電圧に依存する帰還電圧と、前記基準電圧とが入力され、両者の差分を増幅して誤差電圧を生成させるとともに、前記帰還電圧と前記基準電圧とに基づいて内部に生成される電流信号に応じて、自身のゲインを変化させるエラーアンプと、発振信号を生成する発振器と、前記発振信号と前記誤差電圧とが入力され、これらを比較することで前記パルス幅変調信号を出力するコンパレータと、を有して成る構成とされている。
