Abstract

 濃度変化率推定部(210)は、二次電池の使用時において、充放電電流(Ib)に基づいて電解液濃度の変化率(ΔB)を推定する。濃度推定値算出部(230)は、推定された変化率(ΔB)に従って、二次電池の使用中における電解液濃度推定値(B♯)を逐次算出する。判定部(250)は、推定された電解液濃度推定値(B♯)に基づいて、電解液濃度が正常範囲内であるかどうかを判定する。充放電条件修正部(260)は、電解液濃度が正常範囲外となったときに、電解液濃度を正常範囲内に復帰させる方向に充電過多傾向あるいは放電過多傾向を抑制するように、二次電池の充放電条件を修正する。
