Abstract

L'invention porte sur un produit en couches, comprenant : une couche en mousse constituée par une mousse qui a un rapport d'expansion atteignant jusqu'à 2 ou plus, qui est de faible poids et qui a été colorée plus clairement que les mousses classiques sous une teinte unie, sous des teintes à motif à points, etc. ; et une couche de résine transparente (couche protectrice) disposée sur au moins un côté de la couche en mousse. Le produit en couche est exempt de distorsion et a un excellent lissé. Le dessin que porte la couche en mousse est facilement reconnu à travers la couche en résine. Le produit en couches a par conséquent un excellent aspect. L'invention porte également sur un procédé pour produire le produit en couches. Le produit en couches (1) comprend : une première couche (11) réalisée en une mousse formée à partir d'une composition comprenant (A) une résine thermoplastique comprenant de 5 à 100 % de résine de styrène sur la base de la totalité de la résine, (B) un colorant, et (C) un agent de soufflage ayant un point d'ébullition de -10 à 55°C, les proportions du colorant (B) et de l'agent de soufflage (C) étant de 0,01 à 15 parties et de 0,1 à 5 parties, respectivement, pour 100 parties de la résine thermoplastique (A) ; et une deuxième couche (12) qui est disposée sur au moins un côté de la première couche (11) et qui est réalisée en une composition de résine thermoplastique ayant un facteur de transmission de la lumière total, mesurée selon la norme ASTM D1003, de 50 % ou plus.
