Abstract

 距離測定装置は、時間遅延回路を利用した粗距離測定回路18と、搬送波のベクトルの向きを測定して距離を計測する精密距離測定回路31とを有し、これらの和が最終出力となる。粗距離測定装置18は、測定スパンが長いが精度が低い。精密距離測定装置18は、測定スパンが短いが精度が高い。これらの組み合わせにより、測定スパンが長く、高い分解能を有し、正確な測定を実施できる距離測定装置とすることができる。
