Abstract

　本発明により、参照データ点と計測対象点に対して計測される位相の複比と、これらの点に対する奥行距離の複比とが等しいことを利用して、計測対象点の奥行距離を求めることができる。また、本発明により、前記参照データ点および計測対象点を基準参照面へ投影した投影点群の間の距離の複比、該投影点群を画像へ投影した点である画像投影点群の間の距離の複比、画像上の任意の直線上の前記画像投影点群に等しい位相の点群間の距離の複比、のそれぞれが、前記奥行距離の複比に等しいことを利用して、対象点の奥行距離を求める。
