Abstract

Un aparato (10) y método para separar componentes combinados (50), purificar líquidos, promover la interacción entre dos o más componentes (50) y mejorar la combustión; el aparato (10) tiene un alojamiento (14), un rotor (18) al interior del alojamiento (14), una pluralidad de protrusiones (20) que se extienden desde el rotor (18), una flecha (16) acoplada con el rotor (18) y un motor principal para girar la flecha (16); el fluido dentro del alojamiento (14) cavita a medida que el rotor (18) gira y las protrusiones (20) se mueven a través del fluido; la cavitación provoca que los componentes combinados (50) dentro del fluido se separen, elimina organismos no deseados dentro del fluido, promueve la interacción de los componentes dentro del fluido y mejora la combustión de un combustible líquido; el fluido y los componentes (50) pueden también someterse a la abrasión y fuerzas centrífugas y de impacto para separar los componentes (50), purificar al fluido, promover la interacción de los componentes (50) y mejorar la combustión.
