Abstract

 電鋳部4に微粒子6を分散保持させ、電鋳部4の外周面4a2から露出した微粒子6を溶融させて樹脂部5と一体化した微小突部60を形成する。この微小突部60が、電鋳部4に形成された微粒子痕4cに入り込んでアンカー効果を発揮することにより、樹脂部5と電鋳部4との固定力を高めることができる。
