Abstract

 本発明の燃料電池システムは、燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとを用いて発電する燃料電池(1)と、原料と水蒸気から水素を含む燃料ガスを生成する改質器(71)を含む水素生成装置(2)と、燃料電池(1)を冷却するための冷却水が流れる冷却水経路(4)と、冷却水を貯える冷却水タンク(5)と、燃料電池(1)から排出される燃料ガス及び酸化剤ガスから回収される水を貯える回収水タンク(7)と、回収水タンク(7)と改質器(71)とを接続する第1の水経路(8)と、第1の水経路(8)に設けられた浄化器(10)と、浄化器(10)下流の第1の水経路(8)より分岐して冷却水タンク85)と接続する第2の水経路(11)と、回収水タンク(7)から第1の水経路(8)に水を送出する第1ポンプ(9)と、を備える。
