Abstract

 鋳造薄片を徐冷できる二次冷却装置とそれを使用した鋳造装置を提供する。二次冷却装置22の容器40内に櫛歯装置50を配置し、櫛歯装置50上に鋳造薄片71を積層し、その上に破砕細片72を乗せ、鋳造薄片71と破砕細片72を徐冷した後、押圧装置60によって鋳造薄片71を破砕し、破砕細片72を底壁42の表面や冷却歯511,512,……,51nの側面に接触させ、急冷する。徐冷によってNdリッチ相やRリッチ相のアニールを行なうことができ、急冷によって破砕細片72の酸化温度以下に降温させた後、大気中に取り出すことができる。
