Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln eines Gussbauteils (10) aus einer Aluminiumbasislegierung, bei welchem das Gussbauteil (10) bei einer vorgegebenen Glühtemperatur (T1) für einen vorgegebenen Glühzeitraum (t1) in einem ersten Wärmeübertragungsmedium (14) geglüht und anschließend in ein Wasserbad (20) überführt wird, wobei das Gussbauteil (10) zwischen dem Glühen und dem Überführen in das Wasserbad (20) in ein zweites Wärmeübertragungsmedium (16) mit einer vorgegebenen Zwischenabkühltemperatur (T2) überführt und dort für einen vorgegebenen Zwischenabkühlzeitraum (t3) gehalten wird.
