Abstract

 光学的な信号検出を行って分析対象物の濃度測定を行うバイオセンサにおいて、液体試料を供給部12に供給すると展開部13に液体試料が展開され、分析物の濃度に応じて反応部14が呈色し、反応部14の吸光度を読みとるが、この時、この展開速度を読みとることにより供給部12に供給された液体試料の量を測定することが可能となる。
