Abstract
Se describe un sistema para determinar la concentración de un analito en un líquido por medición de absorción que comprende un elemento de prueba (1) con un área de detección (2) que contiene por lo menos un área de reacción (3) con reactivos para detectar el analito que causa un cambio en el comportamiento de absorción durante la reacción con el analito y el área de detección (2) contiene por lo menos un área de referencia (4) en la cual el comportamiento de absorción no se cambia sustancialmente por el analito. Además el sistema contiene una unidad de detección (7) para la detección determinada espacialmente de intensidades de luz que son recibidas del área de detección y una unidad de evaluación (8) para evaluar señales de la unidad de detección (7). El sistema está caracterizado en que las áreas de reacción (3) y las áreas de referencia (4) están colocadas alternadamente en dos dimensiones.
