Abstract

銅合金等よりなる内層２７Ａ及びニッケル合金等よりなる外層２７Ｂからなる接地電極２７には、第１貴金属チップ３１に対向するようにして第２貴金属チップ３２が直接（または中間部材４３を介して）接合されている。断面円形状の一部を押し潰したような形状をなす接地電極２７には平坦面Ｆ１が形成され、そこに、レーザ溶接等が施されることで形成された溶融部４２を介して第２貴金属チップ３２が接合される。溶融部４２は内層２７Ａとは非接触状態にある。接合面から第２貴金属チップ３２の先端までの突出高さＡが０．４ｍｍ以上であり、かつ、内層２７Ａのうち、第２貴金属チップ３２側の形状が、略平坦形状又は凹形状となっている。
