Abstract

L'invention porte sur une composition de résine pour plaque de diffusion de lumière contenant une résine styrénique spécifique et un agent de diffusion de lumière. L'invention porte également sur une plaque de diffusion de lumière obtenue par moulage d'une telle composition pour résine pour plaque de diffusion de lumière. Plus particulièrement, la composition de résine pour plaque de diffusion de lumière contient, comme résine styrénique, une résine obtenue par copolymérisation d'un macromonomère hyper-ramifié avec un monomère de styrène. Le macromonomère hyper-ramifié a une pluralité de ramifications et une pluralité de doubles liaisons polymérisables aux extrémités des ramifications. En utilisant une telle composition de résine, on peut obtenir une plaque de diffusion de lumière ayant une bonne diffusion de lumière et une faible absorption d'eau, qui ne présente pas de variations de transmittance. De plus, à l'aide d'une telle résine de styrène, un moulage d'injection qui permet d'effectuer le moulage et le traitement de surface d'une plaque de diffusion de lumière de manière simultanée peut être employé.
