Abstract

 本発明の目的は、安定性が高く(即ち、長期間において活性である)、かつ高感度であり、微量の遺伝子シグナルを増幅し、観察することを可能とする、遺伝子解析用の蛍光on/off型蛍光化合物(蛍光発生分子システム)を提供することである。本発明によれば、フルオレセイン骨格などの蛍光物質骨格を有し、かつ分子内に-O-C(Y1)(Y2)―N3で示される基(式中、Y1及びY2は、水素原子、炭素数1から6のアルキル基、炭素数1から6のアルコキシ基、炭素数6から10のアリール基、又はシアノ基を示す)を有する無蛍光性分子が提供される。
