Abstract

【課題】 従来よりも短時間で核酸を連結可能であり、用途に応じた修飾が簡単にできる光連結性の化合物及び光連結剤、該光連結剤の製造方法を提供すること。 【解決手段】 塩基部分として式I、式III、式IV、又は式Vで表される基を有する核酸類、該核酸類からなる光連結剤、及び、塩基部分として式VI、式VII、式VIII、又は式IXで表される基を有する核酸類と、式Xで表される芳香族アジ化物とを反応させて核酸類を製造する方法。
