　下記式（１） （式中、Ｒ１は、水素原子、メチル基またはＣＨ２ＯＨを意味し；Ｒ２は、水素原子またはメチル基を意味し；Ｒ３は、水素原子または水酸基を意味し；Ｒ４は、水素原子または水酸基を意味し；Ｒ５は、水酸基、糖鎖または保護基を意味する）で表される化合物と触媒とを共存させて、閉環メタセシス反応を行う、下記式（２） （式中、Ｒ１～Ｒ５は式（１）のＲ１～Ｒ５と同意義を示す。）で表される化合物またはその塩の製造方法。
