Abstract

 本発明の鉄鋼部材の接合方法は、2つの鉄鋼部材を準備する鉄鋼部材準備工程と、2つの鉄鋼部材における接合予定面を突き合わせた状態で、2つの鉄鋼部材を所定の圧力条件で押圧しながら2つの鉄鋼部材を接合可能な第1温度に加熱することにより、接合体を形成する接合体形成工程と、接合体を鉄鋼部材におけるA1変態点以上の第2温度に加熱した後、A1変態点から600°Cに降温するのに5時間かける条件で、接合体を600°C以下の第3温度に徐冷することにより、接合体における接合力を強化する接合力強化工程とをこの順序で含む。  このため、本発明の鉄鋼部材の接合方法によれば、2つの鉄鋼部材を互いに接合して接合体を製造する場合にも十分に高い接合力を得ることが可能となる。
