Abstract

変圧器輸送組立方法は、U字形鉄心(61)を、鉄板が水平に延びる状態で据付現地近くまで輸送する輸送工程と、U字形鉄心(61)が起立タンク(10)に収容された状態で、水平に延びる状態から鉛直に延びる状態になるまでU字形鉄心(61)を起立タンク(10)とともに起立させる起立工程とを有する。起立工程は、鉛直方向に伸縮可能であって起立タンク(10)をはさんで互いに所定の間隔を保って平行に移動可能な2本のブーム(32a)と、この間を水平方向に連絡してブーム(32a)の伸縮に応じて上下に動きうるビーム(33a)と、を有する門型リフタ(35a)を用い、可撓性部材を介して起立タンク(10)の所定支持箇所をビーム(33a)で支持してブーム(32a)を伸縮させることによってビーム(33a)を上下に動かす工程を含む。
