Abstract

Sensorische Pigmente für den Einsatz in Lebensmitteln, Verpackungen pharmazeutischen Produkten, Papier und elektronischen Produkten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf metallischen, metall- oder zumindest eine Metall-Sauerstoff Verbindung enthaltenden Partikeln mit vorzugsweise plättchen- oder faserartiger Form eine 5 bis 500 nm dicke Schicht aus einem chemisch reaktiven Polymer aufgebracht ist, darauf eine Schicht von chromophoren Partikeln mit einer Größe zwischen 1 und 100 nm aufgebracht ist, und die Partikeln eine für das menschliche Auge sichtbare Farbe aufweisen die sich nach Analyt-Kontakt verändert, werden vorgeschlagen.
