Abstract

 カバープレート及びベースプレートに挟持して使用され、異種のガスケット材料によって構成される多段構造を有するガスケットであって、最下層のガスケットが接するカバープレート又はベースプレートとの密着性が、最上層のガスケットが接するベースプレート又はカバープレートとの密着性に対して高いことを特徴とする多段ガスケットである。  ハードディスク装置におけるカバープレート及びベースプレートのリワーク性が良好であり、かつ、高湿熱環境で使用される場合でもカバープレート及びベースプレートとガスケットの接着性が十分であり、ガスケットに斜め方向の力が加わっても倒れたり、剥がれたりしないガスケットを提供することができる。
