Abstract
La vitesse de production d'une solution de fluorure de sodium saturée peut être améliorée. La présente invention concerne un saturateur efficace caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une cuve d'agitation (3), alimentée en continu en eau et en fluorure de sodium déshydraté et dans laquelle l'eau et le fluorure de sodium déshydraté sont agités sous l'action d'une pale d'agitation principale (45) et de pales d'agitation inférieures (59) ; une cuve de circulation (67), une cuve de sédimentation préliminaire (69) et une cuve de sédimentation (71) recevant une solution correspondant à une solution de fluorure de sodium supersaturée provenant de la cuve d'agitation (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une ouverture de transfert (35) située au niveau d'une partie centrale et dans laquelle se dépose le fluorure de sodium non dissous ; et une pièce de raccordement de circulation (39) à travers laquelle circule une solution insaturée provenant d'une cuve de séparation (5) et en direction de la cuve d'agitation (3). Ledit saturateur est encore caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte : une ouverture de retour inférieure (7), qui est située dans une partie basse entre la cuve d'agitation (3), la cuve de circulation (67), la cuve de sédimentation préliminaire (69) et la cuve de sédimentation (71) et qui permet le retour du fluorure de sodium non dissous s'étant déposé sur une partie latérale inférieure de la cuve d'agitation (3) ; et une ouverture de recueil (9) par laquelle le surnageant de la cuve de sédimentation (71) peut être recueilli en continu.
