Abstract

 少なくとも一種のジアミン化合物とカルボニル基又はチオカルボニル基を2つ以上有する少なくとも一種の化合物を原料として用いて形成される有機圧電体膜であって、圧電性に優れ、かつ低コストで容易に形成(製造)できる有機圧電体膜及びその形成方法を提供する。本発明の有機圧電体膜は、少なくとも一種のジアミン化合物とカルボニル基又はチオカルボニル基を2つ以上有する少なくとも一種の化合物を原料として用いて熱重合と分極処理により形成された有機圧電体膜であって、当該原料の当量混合溶液を基板上に塗布し、熱重合と分極処理を同時進行させながら形成されたことを特徴とする。
