Abstract

 本発明の超音波探触子2およびその製造方法では、有機圧電素子21は、シート状であって、複数の無機圧電素子22のうちの一部または全体に亘って直接または間接的に積層されている。このため、より少ない工数で超音波探触子2を製造することが可能となる。そして、本発明の超音波診断装置は、このような超音波探触子2を備えている。このため、そのコストを低減することが可能となる。
