Abstract
【課題】 太陽輻射熱による温度上昇が防止でき、太陽輻射熱が減少した夕方や夜間での室内の迅速な温度低下を可能とする空気断熱性を備えた建築物を提供すること。 【解決手段】
建築物の外側と内側とを遮蔽する壁面に形成される第1壁面空気層12と、第2壁面空気層14と、第3壁面空気層16とを有する空気三層構造の外壁部10と、建築物の最上部に設けられた内側と外側とを遮蔽する屋根材21に設けられた第1屋根空気層22を有する屋根部20とを備えた建築物において、第1壁面空気層12と第1屋根空気層22には、熱平衡状態に達しない程度の流速の空気流が形成されるよう構成すると共に、さらに、前記屋根部の第1屋根空気層22より内側に形成される第2屋根空気層24と、第2屋根空気層24と前記建築物の内側との間に形成される第3屋根空気層26とを有する空気三層構造の屋根部としたことを特徴とする。
