Abstract

　本発明に係る無線端末(１００)は、実行しているアプリケーションの通信品質が劣化したと判定された場合、通信品質が劣化したと判定されたときに対応する無線状態情報に基づくハンドオーバ閾値をアプリケーションと関連付けて記憶する。また、無線端末(１００)は、ハンドオーバの実行中に変動した無線状態情報の変動量を無線通信システムに対応付けて記憶する。無線端末(１００)は、無線状態情報、記憶されているハンドオーバ閾値及び変動量に基づいて、他の無線通信システムへのハンドオーバを実行する。
