Abstract

　本発明の組織片処理装置は、温度センサＳにより検知した槽内部２の処理液５または溶融パラフィン５'の温度をフィードバックして加熱モードと冷却モードを交互に切り替えてその温度を自動制御する手段を有し、加熱モードにおいては、超音波振動子６の空冷ファンＦをOFFとし、かつ面ヒーターＨをONにして超音波振動子６と面ヒーターＨが発する熱を槽内部に伝達させる加熱手段を有し、冷却モードにおいては、超音波振動子６の空冷ファンＦをONとし、かつ面ヒーターＨをOFFにして超音波振動子６と面ヒーターＨからの槽内部２への熱伝達を遮断する冷却手段を有する。これらの手段により組織片３への過剰な加熱を抑制でき、その結果、組織片３の加熱変性を抑制できる。
