Abstract

 マイクロ波加熱装置は、複数の出力部を有するマイクロ波発生部(5)と、被加熱物を収納する加熱室(4)と、出力部のそれぞれの出力を加熱室に供給する複数の給電部(21a,21b,21c,21d)と、給電部からのマイクロ波放射を制御して、加熱室の電磁波分布を調整する制御部(6)と、を具備し、加熱室に収納された被加熱物にマイクロ波が集中するよう構成されている。
