Abstract

 導電性および光透過性のさらなる向上を可能とし、薄膜形成プロセスの簡便化も図ることができる単層カーボンナノチューブの透明導電性薄膜とその製造方法を提供する。  金属性の単層カーボンナノチューブ(m-SWNTs)と半導体性の単層カーボンナノチューブ(s-SWNTs)とが混在する単層カーボンナノチューブを沸点が20~400°Cのアミンを分散剤として含有するアミン溶液に分散する工程と、得られた分散液を遠心分離または濾過することによりm-SWNTsを濃縮し、m-SWNTs高含有の分散液を得る工程と、得られたm-SWNTs高含有の分散液を基材に塗布して薄膜形成する工程とを含むことを特徴とする。
