Abstract

【課題】発泡剤としてＨＦE－２５４ｐｃ及び水を含むプレミックスの貯蔵安定性を高める方法を提供する。 【解決手段】ポリオール化合物、触媒、整泡剤、難燃剤および発泡剤を含む硬質ポリウレタンフォームまたはポリイソシアヌレートフォーム製造用のプレミックスであって、発泡剤が１，１，２，２－テトラフルオロエチルメチルエーテル（ＨＦＥ－２５４ｐｃ）である場合において、触媒としてＮ－置換イミダゾールやＮ－置換モルホリンなどのＮ－置換含窒素複素環式化合物を使用する。
