Abstract

【課題】発泡剤としてHFE-254pc及び水を含むプレミックスの貯蔵安定性を高める方法を提供する。 【解決手段】ポリオール化合物、触媒、整泡剤、難燃剤および発泡剤を含む硬質ポリウレタンフォームまたはポリイソシアヌレートフォーム製造用のプレミックスであって、発泡剤が1,1,2,2-テトラフルオロエチルメチルエーテル(HFE-254pc)である場合において、触媒としてN-置換イミダゾールやN-置換モルホリンなどのN-置換含窒素複素環式化合物を使用する。
