Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un proceso para producir espumas de poliuretano de (A1) compuestos con un peso molecular de 400 - 15,000 que exhiben átomos de hidrógeno que son reactivos hacia los isocianatos, (A2) opcionalmente, compuestos con un peso molecular de 62-399 que exhiben átomos de hidrógeno que son reactivos hacia los isocianatos; (A3) agua y/o agentes de soplado físicos; (A4) opcionalmente, sustancias auxiliares y aditivos; (A5) compuestos con por lo menos un grupo carbonamida y un grupo nitrilo y (B) diisocianatos o poliisocianatos, que resulta en espumas de poliuretano con una emisión disminuida de formaldehído y en donde la actividad de la mezcla de materia prima no está influenciada significativamente y, en donde, las propiedades mecánicas de la espuma resultante (en particular, comportamiento fraguado por compresión y envejecimiento bajo condiciones húmedas) no se influencian negativamente.
